Արմեն Աշոտյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Բաքվում ընթացող Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի համաժողովին

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը սեպտեմբերի 22-ին ելույթ է ունեցել Բաքվում ընթացող Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի համաժողովին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովից:
Կոնֆերանսի ընդմիջմանը հայկական պատվիրակությունը նաև հանդես է եկել մամուլի ասուլիսով, որի տեսագրությունը ներկայումս տեխնիկական պատճառով հնարավոր չէ տրամադրել: Այս մասին հավելյալ տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրենք մի փոքր ուշ:
Մամուլի ասուլիսից հետո լրագրող, տխրահռչակ «Խաղաղության պլատֆորմի» ներկայացուցիչ Սյուզան Ջաղինյանը փորձել է սադրանքների դիմել, ինչին համարժեք արձագանքել է հայկական կողմը: Մեր պատվիրակությունը դիմել է նաև համաժողովի կազմակերպիչներին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու հետագայում նմանատիպ սադրանքները բացառելու համար:
Բաքու մեկնած ՀՀ պատվիրակության անդամ Մանե Թանդիլյանը, պատասխանելով ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալության հարցին, հայտնել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին իրենք պատրաստվում են շրջել Բաքվում: «Մենք կշրջենք Բաքվի տարբեր շրջաններում, կտեսնենք, թե ինչպես է պահպանվել հայկական ժառանգությունը»,- հայտնել է Թանդիլյանը:
Աշոտյանը, խոսելով Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի համաժողովին մասնակցելու որոշման մասին, ընդգծել է, որ Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ն (ԵՄ Արևելյան գործընկերության բաղկացուցիչ մասն է կազմում, ներխորհրդարանական ֆորում է, որում Եվրախորհրդարանի և Ուկրաինայի, Մոլդովայի, Բելառուսի, Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի ու Վրաստանի ազգային խորհրդարանների ներկայացուցիչներն են) Հայաստանի համար կարևոր հարթակ է: «Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է Եվրամիության հետ նոր համաձայնագիր կնքել: Բացի այդ, մենք ժամանել ենք այստեղ՝ թույլ չտալու քարոզչություն և հակահայկական հռետորաբանություն մի միջոցառման ժամանակ, որին մասնակցում են նաև եվրոպացի պատգամավորները: Ցավոք, որոշ ելույթների ժամանակ թույլ է տրվել նման հռետորաբանություն: Սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ մենք այստեղ չենք ժամանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը քննարկելու համար»,- ասել է ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը:
Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը՝ Աշոտյանն ընդգծել է, որ խնդրի կարգավորման միակ օրինական ձևաչափը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն է: «Քննարկումներն անցկացվում են այս ձևաչափում: Ցավոք, նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին Ադրբեջանը վերսկսեց ռազմական գործողությունները, ինչը խախտեց այս գործընթացը: Այսօր Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությունն ուղղված է կողմերի միջև վստահության վերականգնմանը: Բանակցությունների հաջորդ փուլին հնարավոր կլինի անցնել միայն վստահության վերականգնումից հետո: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի, տարածքային ամբողջականության և միջազգային հանրության կողմից անվտանգության երաշխիքների շրջանակում: Այս սկզբունքները պետք է լինեն բանակցային սեղանին: Կարևոր է, որ հիմա բոլոր կողմերը համաձայնվեն ընդունել քայլեր այս գործընթացում»,- Աշոտյանի խոսքերը մեջբերել են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները:
