Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Սարիար համայնքի 40-ամյա բնակչուհի Իրինա Իոսոֆիվան, որը 2015թ. մարտի 23-ին խեղդամահ էր արել իր նորածնին, ամուսնուն չի հայտնել իր հղիության մասին:

Ամուսինը՝ Արշակ Գրիգորյանը, միայն դեպքից հետո է իմացել, որ կինը ծննդաբերել է տան պայմաններում, ապա սպանել երեխային:

«Ինքը չաղ է, ես չեմ էլ նկատել, որ հղի կռնա էղնի, չեմ էլ իմացել, որ էրեխին ծննդաբերել է»,-NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արշակ Գրիգորյանը:

Շիրակցի ամուսինները ունեն 4 երեխա՝ 2-ն անչափահաս են, 18-ամյա տղան շուտով կզորակոչվի բանակ, եւ 2 թոռ, ապրում են սոցիալական ծանր պայմաններում, ինչի պատճառով էլ, կնոջ խոսքով, ինքը նման քայլի է դիմել: 

«Իմացել եմ, որ սպանել է, բայց եթե սպանած էլ չլիներ, ես էդ երեխուն էլ կպահեի, մյուս չորսի նման, ճիշտ է՝ շատ վատ կապրինք, հազիվ կհասցնենք»,-նշեց, Իրինա Իոսոֆիվայի ամուսինը: 

Նշենք, որ Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, հիմնավորված է համարել իր նորածին երեխային սպանելու համար Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Սարիար համայնքի բնակչուհի Իրինա Իոսոֆիվային առաջադրված մեղադրանքը եւ նրան դատապարտեց 2 տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման:

Իրինա Իոսոֆիվան իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել, եւ դատարանից մեղմ պատիժ է խնդրել, որպեսզի մյուս երեխաներին կարողանա մեծացնել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Սարիար համայնքում 2015թ. մարտի 23-ին հայտնաբերվել էր նորածնի դի: Պարզվել էր, որ նորածնին լույս աշխարհ էր բերել նույն գյուղի բնակչուհի, ազգությամբ ասորի 40-ամյա Իրինա Իոսոֆիվան: Նա ծննդաբերել էր տանը եւ երկու ժամ անց շնչահեղձ անելու եղանակով սպանել արու զավակին` պատճառաբանելով, որ չի կարող նրան կերակրել սոցիալական պայմաններից ելնելով:
