Արարատի մարզի որոշ գործարաններ խաղողը մթերում են 90 դրամով

Մի քանի օր է՝ հանրապետությունում ընթանում են խաղողի մթերումները, բայց խաղողագործներին չեն գոհացնում մթերող ընկերությունների սահմանած գները: Այսօր Հայաստանում խաղողի մեկ կիլոգրամը վերամշակող ընկերությունները մթերում են 120 և 130 դրամով: Միակ վերամշակող գործարանը, որ պահպանել է խաղողի մթերման համար սահմանված նախորդ տարվա գինը «Երևանի կոնյակի գործարան»–ն է: Բացի վերոնշյալ վերամշակող ընկերությունից, մի քանի գործարաններ ևս կան, որոնք 130 դրամ են սահմանել մեկ կիլոգրամ խաղողի մթերման դիմաց, սակայն, այլ առաջարկներ են դրել գյուղացու առաջ:
«Փաստ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ «Արմենիա Վայն» գործարանը նույնպես 130–ով է գյուղացուց խաղող գնում, բայց գումարները տեղում չի վճարում: Գումարի 60 տոկոսը, ըստ պայմանագրի, վճարում է 7 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ մնացածը՝ մինչև տարեվերջ՝ դեկտեմբեր ամիս:
«Նոյ»–ը մթերման գինը նվազեցրել է: Գործարանը 120 դրամով է այս տարի խաղողը ընդունում, սակայն խաղողագործները այլ դժգոհություն ևս ունեն այս գործարանից: Գյուղացիներն ահազանգեցին, որ «Նոյ»–ը քիչ թվով պայմանագրեր է կնքում իրենց հետ:
«ՄԱՊ» գործարանը 130–ով է գնում խաղողը, բայց նրա առաջարկած պայմաններն էլ շահավետ չեն խաղողագործի համար: «Փաստ»–ի տեղեկություններով, «ՄԱՊ»–ը գումարները կանխիկ չի տալիս վաճառողին, այլ վճարումները կձգվեն մինչև մարտ ամիս: «Պռոշյանի գինու– կոնյակի» գործարանը մինչև խաղողի մթերման մեկնարկը 110 դրամ էր գին սահմանել, խաղողագործները չեն համաձայնել աշխատել գործարանի հետ: Այսօր պայմանները գործարանը վերանայել է: «Պռոշյանի գինու– կոնյակի» գործարանը մեկ կիլոգրամ խաղողի դիմաց ևս 120 դրամ է առաջարկում գյուղացուն, իսկ գումարն էլ մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում կվճարի:
Խաղողի մթերման ամենաէժան գինը Արարատի մարզում գործող վերամշակող գործարաններն են սահմանել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ մարզի որոշ գործարաններ սեղանի և մի քանի այլ տեսակի խաղողի դեպքում 90–100 դրամ են առաջարկում գյուղացուն:
Գյուղացիների պնդմամբ՝ խաղողի մթերման գինն էժան է, արտադրանքի ինքնարժեքը բարձր է, առավել ևս, երբ այս տարի խաղողի բերքը պակաս է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: Պատճառն էլ ցրտաշունչ ձմեռն էր և այգեթաղ չկատարելը:
Խաղողագործների միության նախագահ Արտակ Սարգսյանը «Փաստի»–ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ որոշ գործարաններ այս տարի խաղողի մթերման գինը 10 դրամով նվազեցրել են: Ամփոփելով՝ նա ընդգծեց, որ վերջին 5 տարիների ընթացքում խաղողի մթերման ամենացածր գինն է այսօր սահմանված:
«Դուրս է գալիս, որ խաղողն առատ լինի, առատ չլինի, գինը բացի մի գործարանից, մնացածը նվազեցնում են, որովհետև շուկան մենաշնորհված է: Ազատ մրցակցային դաշտ գոյություն չունի, ստվերում կան գործարաններ, որոնց խաղողը չի հետաքրքրում և շարունակում են կեղծ սպիրտով մաքուրի անվան տակ գինի ու կոնյակ արտադրել»,– վրդովվեց Խաղողագործների միության նախագահը:
Այս տարի ցրտահարության պատճառով խաղողի բերքը նախորդի համեմատ 30– 40 տոկոսով պակաս է: Արտակ Սարգսյանի կարծիքով՝ այս տարվա խաղողի գնանկումն ազդելու է խաղողագործության վրա:
«Նախորդ տարիներին խաղողն էժան էր, մթերումը լավ չէր ընթանում, մարդիկ այգեթաղ չարեցին, խաղող չկար: Եթե սենց շարունակվի, մի քանի տարի հետո խաղողը Կարմիր գրքում ենք գրելու»,– եզրափակեց Արտակ Սարգսյանը:
