Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ ռուսաց լեզվի խորացված ուսուցման նախագիծն իր հանձնարարականը չէ: Նա դա հայտարարել է լրագրողների հարցերին ի պատասխան, բավական հրապարակավ: Իսկապես, որպես այդպիսին բանավոր հանձնարարական չի եղել Կարեն Կարապետյանից: Իսկ արդյոք ընդհանրապես հանձնարարական եղել է, թե ոչ, մենք չենք կարող իմանալ, քանի որ գրավոր կերպով դա արձանագրված չէ:

Կարևոր չէ, Կարապետյանն է հանձնարարականը տվել, թե այն ԿԳՆ իջեցվել է նախագահականից: Կարևոր է, որ վերջին օրերին ցավոտ դարձած այս հարցի շուրջ վարչապետը տալիս է հրապարակային պատասխան ՝ իր վրայից գցելով ռուսամետ նախաձեռնության բեռը:

Եթե իսկապես նախաձեռնությունը Կարապետյանինը չէ, ապա իրավիճակն այլ պատկեր է ստանում: Ստացվում է, որ նախաձեռնությունն իջեցվել է Հայաստանում հակառուսականության ալիք ստեղծելու և սլաքները Կարապետյանի դեմ ուղղորդելու համար: Անկախ նրանից, թե ով է նախաձեռնության հեղինակը, այն խորքային հասարակական պահանջարկ չունի և նպատակը բացառապես հասարակության շրջանում հակառուսական հերթական քննարկում առաջ բերելն է:

Եթե դա արել է Կարապետյանը, ուրեմն արել է ՝ այսպես ասած հակառուսականության չափաբաժինը կրկնապատկելու համար, որպեսզի այն դուրս գա Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերահսկողության սահմաններից ու այլևս պիտանի չլինի որպես ռևերանս ռուսներին ծախելու համար: Եթե դա արվել է նախագահականից, ապա նպատակը պարզ է ՝ հակառուսականության նոր ալիք՝ ԵԼՔ-ի նախաձեռնությանը զուգահեռ, ինչպես նաև նոր սլաքներ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ուղղությամբ: 

Ամեն դեպքում պարզ է մի բան, որ ներիշխանական հակամարտությունները գնալով սրվում են:
