«Ագրոքիմիական ծառայության» տնօրենը պետությանը պատճառել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի նյութական վնաս

ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության, Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի ծառայողների և վետերանների տարածքային խորհրդի ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ «Ագրոքիմիական ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Վաչագան Դավթյանը, օգտվելով 2014 թ. հունիսի 24-ից նոյեմբերի 10-ը աշխատակիցներից մեկի՝ արտերկրում գտնվելու հանգամանքից՝ բանկային քարտի միջոցով կանխիկացրել ու յուրացրել է նրա հինգ ամսվա աշխատավարձն ու հավելավճարները՝ 577 հազար դրամի չափով, ինչպես և յուրացումներ է կատարել վառելիքի, գործուղումների, հավելավճարների տեսքով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Հաղորդման հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված տվյալներով՝ աշխատավարձի յուրացման փաստը հաստատվել է: Բացի այդ, տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2014-2016 թթ. ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը, օգտագործելով պաշտոնեական դիրքը, յուրացրել է նույն աշխատակցի անունով դուրս գրված շուրջ 3000 լիտր բենզին՝ պատճառելով 1.188.850 դրամի նյութական վնաս:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ նա Վաչագան Դավթյանի ցուցումով իր սպասարկման տարածքների համայնքապետերի կնիքներով ու ստորագրությամբ գործողումների դատարկ ձևաթղթեր է բերել ՊՈԱԿ, որոնց լրացումով նույն ժամանակահատվածում տնօրենի կողմից յուրացվել է 6.365 հազար դրամ:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ՊՈԱԿ-ում 1-ին կարգի ագրոքիմիկոս ձևակերպված, բայց իրականում 2015 և 2016 թվականներին պարբերաբար արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած մի աշխատակցի շուրջ 700 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձը յուրացնելու մասին:

Իսկ 2014 թ. փետրվարից նոյեմբեր հանրապետությունից բացակայած մեկ այլ մասնագետի փոխարեն աշխատել է ՊՈԱԿ-ում բանվորուհի ձևակերպված աշխատակիցը, որի վերաբերյալ աշխատավարձի ցուցակ են մտցվել ակնհայտ խեղաթյուրված տվյալներ, և նա ստացել է երկրից բացակայող աշխատակցի 10 ամսվա աշխատավարձը, ինչի հետևանքով ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից վատնելու եղանակով պետությանը պատճառվել է 742 հազար դրամի վնաս:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, «Ագրոքիմիական ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Վաչագան Դավթյանի գործողությունների հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 9.571.850 դրամի նյութական վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում քրեական օրենսգրքի 179 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 314 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է նախաքննության»:
