Համայնքների ղեկավարներն ընդհանուր հայտարարի չեն գալիս

Նոյեմբերի 5–ին Շիրակի մարզի Մարմաշեն խոշորացված համայնքում ընտրություն է տեղի ունենալու՝ համայնքի ղեկավար են ընտրելու: Մարմաշենի կազմի մեջ մտնող համայնքների գործող գյուղապետերից շատերը ցանկություն են հայտնել մասնակցել ընտրություններին։
Ըստ «Փաստ»–ի աղբյուրի, մարզի ՀՀԿ կառույցը հրավիրել է ՀՀԿ–ական համայնքի ղեկավարներին և առաջարկել, որպեսզի իրենք միասին համաձայնության գան, թե որ համայնքի ղեկավարին առաջադրի կուսակցությունը։
Նույն աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ տրված ժամանակը լրացել է, սակայն համայնքի ղեկավարները դեռ չեն եկել ընդհանուր հայտարարի:
Այստեղ յուրաքանչյուր համայնքի գործող գյուղապետ իրեն է տեսնում թեկնածուի դերում։
Համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրով պայմանավորված 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5–ին հանրապետության 34 համայնքներում կայանալու են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ: Նոյեմբերի 5–ին Շիրակի մարզում համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ձևավորել ևս երեք փունջ՝ Ախուրյան, Մարմաշեն և Անի:
Մարմաշենի փնջի մեջ միավորվել են 15 համայնք (Մայիսյան, Լեռնուտ, Կապս, Հացիկ, Վահրամաբերդ, Կարմրաքար, Կրաշեն, Հովունի, Մեծ Սարիար, Ջաջուռ, Ջաջուռավան, Քեթի, Փոքրաշեն, Շիրակ, Մարմաշեն):
