Դեբեդն աղբանոցի է վերածվել. վարչապետի հրահանգն անտեսվում է

Past.am-ը գրում է. Լոռու մարզի Դեբեդ համայնքի տարածքն աղբավայրի է վերածվել: «Փաստ»–ի աղբյուրի տեղեկացմամբ՝ համայնքում աղբահանություն չի իրականացվում, գյուղացիներն էլ աղբը կուտակում են որտեղ պատահի: Համայնքի մի քանի վայրերում արդեն իսկ աղբանոցներ են ձևավորվել:
«Մարդ կա, որ իրա աղբն իրա հետ մեքենայով տանում ու Վանաձոր է հասցնում և այնտեղի աղբամաններում գցում, կան նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր իրանց բակից աղբը հանում են ու գյուղում թափում»,– հայտնեց դեբեդցին:
Փամբակ գետի աջ կողմում տեղակայված այս գյուղը հարուստ է հուշարձաններով և սրբատեղիներով: Ամեն տարի մեծ թվով զբոսաշրջիկներ ու հովեկներ են գալիս վայելելու Դեբեդի բնությունը, կուտակված աղբը, սակայն, նրանց հիասթափեցրել է:
«Գյուղ այցելած տուրիստներն ու հովեկներն ասում են՝ Դեբեդը մեզ հանդիպած ամենասիրուն ու ամենակեղտոտ համայնքն է»,– նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Դեբեդ համայնքում երբևէ աղբահանություն չի իրականացվել: Գյուղացիները պատմեցին, որ միայն 2006 թվականին է Դեբեդում աղբահանության աշխատանքներ կատարվել, այն էլ գյուղապետի հրահանգով: Պարբերաբար շաբաթօրյակներ են կազմակերպվել և Դեբեդն աղբից մաքրվել է դպրոցականների և տեղի բնակիչների միջոցով:
Այսօր Դեբեդի համայնքապետարանը համայնքի աղբահանության և սանիտարական հարցերը չի լուծում՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե բյուջեն սուղ է, ավտոմեքենա չեն կարող տրամադրել աղբը գյուղից հեռացնելու համար:

Իսկ ապրիլի 20–ից հանրապետությունում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հրամանով մեկնարկեց «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագիրը:
Ըստ վարչապետի՝ «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագիրը պարբերաբար պետք է հսկողության տակ լինի, շատ կոշտ վերահսկողություն կլինի, և պարբերաբար կզեկուցվի, թե ինչ է արվել: Դեբեդում առ այսօր, սակայն, վարչապետի հրահանգի մասին չեն լսել: Անտեսելով հրահանգը նրանք գյուղի ճանապարհամերձ հատվածներում կուտակել են մեծ քանակությամբ աղբ:
