Շվեյցարիայում արգելել են հասարակական վայրերում ծածկել դեմքը

Շվեյցարական Սանկտ Գալլեն կանտոնի խորհրդարանը կողմ է քվեարկել դեմքը հասարակական վայրերում ծածկելու արգելքին, եթե դա կարող է սպառնալիք ներկայացնել անվտանգությանը, փոխանցում է ATS գործակալությունը։
Օրենքի նախագիծն ընդւոնվել է առաջին ընթերցմամբ՝ 59 «կողմ» և 54 «դեմ» ձայներով ։ Ենթադրվում է, որ արգելքը կվերաբերի բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր թաքցնում են իրենց դեմքը հանրային վայրերում՝ օրինակ մուսուլման կանանց, նաև ցուցարարներին, որոնք հաճախ են իրենց դեմքերը ծածկում ՝ փորձելով փրկվել արցունքաբեր գազից։
Նոր օրենքի նախագիծն առաջարկել էին Շվեյցարիայի Ժողովրդական կուսակցության տարածաշրջանային բջիջի ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն են կազմում։ Հասարակական վայրերում բուրկա հագնելու արգելքի մասին կուսակցության առաջարկը չափից կատեգորիկ էին համարել, որից հետո այն փոփոխվել էր, նաև առաջարկվել է մեկ այլ օրինագիծ, ըստ որի մուսուլման կինը պարտավոր է ցույց տալ իր դեմքը իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին կամ ոստիկաններին։
