ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի լոբբիստ բելգիացի պատգամավորը հրաժարական է տվել

Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի բելգիացի պատգամավոր Ալան Դեշթեքսը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին պաշտոնապես կհրաժարվի ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավորի մանդատից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում են բելգիական լրատվամիջոցները:

Բելգիայի լրատվամիջոցները օրերս սկսել էին գրել «Ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» կողմից իրականացված փողերի լվացման գործում Դեշթեքսի ներգրավվածության մասին: Համաձայն հրապարակումների՝ պատգամավորը 7 տարի շարունակ իր կողմից հիմնված ասոցիացիայի հաշվին ալիևներից ստացել է գումար՝ փոխարենը փորձելով լեգիտիմացնել Ադրբեջանում ավտորիտար ռեժիմի ընտրությունները:

ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավորը, ի պատասխան արված հրապարակումների, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է հեռանալու որոշման մասին: Դեշթեքսը, ով ԵԽԽՎ-ում աշխատում է Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցի վրա, պատճառաբանել է հեռանալու փաստը նրանով, թե «խիստ քաղաքականացված վեհաժողովում քննարկումները կենտրոնանալու են իր անձի, այլ ոչ թե զեկույցի վրա»:

Կազմակերպված հանցագործության և կաշառակերության լուսաբանման նախագծի (Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project) կայքը սեպտեմբերի սկզբին հրապարակել էր «Ադրբեջանական լվացքատուն» անունը ստացած գործի մանրամասները:

Գաղտնի բանկային հաշիվը գործել է երկու տարի՝ 2012-ից մինչև 2014 թվականը: Կազմակերպված հանցագործության և կաշառակերության լուսաբանման նախագծի զեկույցում նշվում է, որ թեպետ գումարի աղբյուրը հայտնի չի եղել, սակայն կան «բավարար ապացույցներ նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի ընտանիքի հետ կապ ունենալու վերաբերյալ»:

Նշվում է, որ գումարի մեծ մասը վճարվել է լոբբիստներին, լրագրողներին, քաղաքական գործիչներին ու գործարարներին: Վճարման սխեման հատկապես հաջող է անցել Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում 2013 թվականին Ադրբեջանի համար խիստ կարևոր զեկույցի քվեարկության ժամանակ: Այդ քվեարկությունը, որը կապված է Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալների հետ, ներկայումս հետաքննության տակ է, դրա հետ կապված զեկույցը պատրաստ կլինի 2017 թվականի վերջին:

Ստվերային գործունեություն ծավալող ընկերությունները, որոնց միջոցով գումարները վճարվել են, գործել են ՄիացյալԹագավորությունում՝ երկուսը Անգլիայում, երկուսը՝ Շոտլանդիայում: Դրանք այժմ լուծարված են: Եվրոպական հայտնի բանկերիցմեկը՝ դանիական Danske Bank-ը, այդ ընկերություններին վճարումներ է արել Էստոնիայի իր մասնաճյուղի միջոցով:
