Գերմանիայում երեք մարդ է տուգանվել թոշակառուին չօգնելու համար

Էսսեն քաղաքի դատարանը վճռել է տուգանել Գերմանիայի երեք բնակիչների, որոնց մեղադրում են բանկի բաժանմունքներից մեկում գիտակցությունը կորցրած տարեց մարդուն չօգնելու մեջ։ Երկո տղամարդ ու մեկ կին պետք է վճարեն 2400,2800 եւ 3600 եվրո տուգանք։ Դատախազի խոսքով՝ երեքն էլ խախտել են համերաշխություն դրսեւորելու ու շրջապատի մարդկանց օգնելու պարտականությունը։ Պատիժը պետք է ակնհայտորեն հաստատի այն, որ Գերմանիան «չի վերածվում հայացքը անտարբերորեն թեքող մարդկանց հասարակության»։

Միջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել 2016-ի հոկտեմբերին։ 85-ամյա տղամարդու ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է Deutsche Bank –ի բաժանմունքում, որտեղ գտնվում են բանկային ավտոմատները։ Տեսահսկման ձայնագրություններում երեւում է, թե ինչպես է տղամարդը, փորձելով վեր կենալ, գլուխը խփում հատակին ու կորցնում գիտակցությունը։

Բանկի երեք հաճախորդները, որոնք շենք են մտնում որոշ ժամանակ անց, անտեսում են հատակին պառկած թոշակառուին, անցնում նրա վրայով կամ շրջանցում նրան։ Արդյունքում շտապ օգնության մեքենան, որը կանչել էր մեկ այլ մարդ, միայն 20 րոպե հետո է ժամանում։ Տուժածը մահացել է հիվանդանոցում մեկ շաբաթ անց՝ այդպես էլ գիտակցության չգալով։ Բժշկական եզրակացությունը ցույց է տվել, որ նրա մահվան պատճառը գանգուղեղային վնասվածքն էր, ու մահացու ելքն անխուսափելի էր, անգամ եթե բժիշկները ավելի շուտ ժամանեին։
