Վարչապետի քուանշը Սարգսյանին ու ԵԼՔ-ին
ANALYSIS
Ռուսերենի խորացված ուսուցման մասին խոսակցությունները, որ ակտիվ քննարկվում են վերջին օրերին, ու որոնք Հայաստանում հակառուսական քննարկումների հերթական ալիքն են առաջացրել, սկսվել են ռուսական շահեր ներկայացնող վարչապետի հանձնարարականից: Եթե մի կողմ դնենք այն մոտեցումը, որ վարչապետը պարզապես տեղյակ չէ ներհայաստանյան քաղաքական զարգացումներից ու հաշվի չի առել հակառուսական քննարկումների հնարավորությունը, ապա կունենանք հետևյալ վիճակը՝ ռուսական շրջանակներից սերվող վարչապետն ինքն է գրգռում հակառուսական քննարկումների նոր ալիք:
Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ արդեն հիմա Հայաստանում կա հակառուսականության օրակարգ ՝ խոսքը ԵԼՔ-ի ՝ ԵՏՄ-ի հետ Հայաստանի պայմանագիրը դադարեցնելու նախաձեռնության մասին է: Այս նախաձեռնության մասին շատ է խոսվել: Արդեն պարզ է, որ այդ նախաձեռնության թելերը տանում են նախագահական նստավայր ու ուղղակի առնչություն ունեն Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետագա վերարտադրման լեգիտիմությունը Ռուսաստանում ստանալու հարցի հետ:
Ի՞նչ է անում Սարգսյանը ՝ մի ձեռքով բարձրացնում է հակառուսական ալիք, մյուսով լոյալություն հայտնում ռուսներին, մյուս կողմից ամբողջ իշխանական վերնախավով հավատարմություն խոստանում ԵՏՄ-ին ու Ռուսաստանին: Ենթադրվում է, որ ԵԼՔ-ի նախաձեռնությունը կմատուցվի որպես հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների խաթարման փորձ ու Սարգսյանը կառաջարկի ռուսներին մնալ ՝ այդ փորձերը ցրելու համար:
Կարապետյանը սրան ի պատասխան սրում է հակառուսական քննարկումների չափաբաժինը ՝ մտցնում մեկ այլ օրակարգ, որպեսզի ռուսական կողմն իսկապես սկսի զբաղվել Հայաստանով ու Հայաստանում տիրող տրամադրություններով: Այնպիսի չափաբաժին, որ Սարգսյանը չկարողանա խոստանալ ցրել նաև այդ հակառուսականության դրսևորումները: Ավելին՝ նոր հակառուսականություն գրգռելով Կարապետյանը փորձում է նաև ռուսական ուշադրությունը գրավել ԵՄ հետ շրջանակային պայմանագրի ստորագրման վրա: Այս փոխադարձ ռևերանսների հանգուցալուծումը մեկն է ՝ կստորագրվի շրջանակային համաձայնագիրն ի վերջո և ինչպես դրան կարձագանքեն ռուսները:
