Արցախը շարունակում է ջանքեր ներդնել տևական խաղաղություն հաստատելու նպատակով, սակայն այդ գործընթացը չի կարող միակողմանի լինել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ «Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» 6-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակում արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգին նվիրված նիստում նման համոզմունք հայտնեց Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը:

«Առաջնահերթ խնդիր է  լիարժեք բանակցությունների համար պայմանների ձեւավորումը: Պետք է նախեւառաջ լիովին ապահովել 1994-1995 թվականների   անժամկետ եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի հետ կապված զինադադարի ռեժիմը, ընդլայնել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի լիազորությունները, անհապաղ իրագործել հետաքննական մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ Վիեննայում եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում  ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: Համանախագահների կողմից բազմիցս հնչեցված քայլերի իրականացմանն աջակցում են նաև հայկական կողմերը, սակայն այդ պայմանավորվածությունները մինչ օրս չեն իրականացվում, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը, հավատարիմ մնալով պայմանավորվածությունները դրժելու իր քաղաքականությանը, հրաժարվում է գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել այդ ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նա:

Արցախի արտգործնախարարի հավաստմամբ՝ ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի՝ Արցախում հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք չեն տեսնում:

«Մեր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ կարգավորումը պետք է հիմնված լինի խաղաղության, իրավահավասարության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարգման վրա: Հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ է կենտրոնացնել բոլոր ջանքերը՝ մշակելու համապատասխան մեխանիզմներ և պայմաններ երկու անկախ պետությունների՝ Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի խաղաղ գոյակցության համար»,- նշեն Կարեն Միրզոյանը:

Նա վստահ է, որ  Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումը կապահովի նաև խաղաղ գործընթացի անշրջելիությունը և կդառնա պաշտոնական Բաքվի համար ուժի և սպառնալիքի կիրառման քաղաքականության անթույլատրելիության հստակ ազդանշան:

«Անկախ մեր առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներից՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը չի շեղվելու իր ընտրած ուղուց և շարունակելու է պայքարը միջազգային հանրության կողմից իր անկախությունը ճանաչելու ուղղությամբ: Մենք անցանք բոլոր հնարավոր ճգնաժամերի միջով, բայց մեկ հանձնառություն մնաց անփոփոխ: Անկախության 26 տարիներին Արցախի ամենամեծ ձեռքբերումն, իհարկե, այն է, որ չնայած բոլոր փորձություններին՝ մենք միասնական ջանքերի շնորհիվ կարողացանք կառուցել և զարգացնել ազատության, իշխանության և ժողովրդավարության գաղափարների վրա խարսխված պետականությունը՝ զարգացող տնտեսությամբ և մարտունակ բանակով, որն ի զորու է պաշտպանել աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում ապրող հայերի բնօրրան Հայաստան աշխարհի անքակտելի մաս հանդիսացող Արցախը: Չնայած Ադրբեջանի՝ Արցախը մեկուսացնելու ջանքերին՝ Արցախը շարունակում է առաջընթացի այլընտրանքային ուղիներ փնտրել և հաջողություններ՝ թե ճանաչման և թե տարբեր երկրների հետ համագործակցության հաստատման բնագավառում»,-եզրափակեց Կարեն Միրզոյանը:
