Նավթի գների անկման հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամի մեջ

Վրաստանի Սուփսա, Բաթում եւ Թուրքիայի Ջեյհան նավահանգիստներով փոխադրվող եւ համաշխարհային շուկաներում իրացվող ադրբեջանական Azeri LT CIF տեսակի նավթի մեկ բարելն այսօր 0,93 տոկոսով կամ 0,46 դոլարով էժանացել է:

Այդ մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրես-ը, հայտնում է լրատվական կայքը` նշելով, որ ներկայում Azeri LT CIF տեսակի նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի դիմաց հասել է 48,83 դոլարի:

Azeri LT CIF տեսակի նավթի նվազագույն գինը` մեկ բարելի դիմաց 19,15 դոլար գրանցվել է 2001 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, իսկ առավելագույն գինը` 149,66 դոլար 2008 թվականի հուլիսին:

Ներկա դրությամբ` համաշխարհային շուկայում Brent տեսակի նավթի մեկ բարելն արժե 49,03 դոլար, WTI նավթի մեկ բարելը` 45,96 դոլար:

Ադրբեջանական «Հանրապետական այլընտրանք» շարժման գործադիր քարտուղար Նաթիգ Ջաֆարլին ԶԼՄ-ներին հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջե մուտքերը 66 տոկոսով կախված են նավթից, անուղղակի գործոնների հաշվառմամբ` 80 տոկոսով, իսկ արտաքին առեւտուրն ընդհանրապես նավթից կախված է 95 տոկոսով:

Ըստ «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալության` համաձայն 2015 թվականի համար սպասվող ցուցանիշների, բյուջետային եկամուտները կկրճատվեն 25,1 տոկոսով, իսկ 2014 թվականի փաստացի ցուցանիշների համեմատ` կնվազեն 20,84 տոկոսով: 2016 թվականին Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի ծախսերը, 2015 թվականի համեմատ, կկրճատվեն 22,9 տոկոսով, իսկ 2014 թվականի համեմատ` 13,07 տոկոսով:

Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեի ցուցանիշները կազմվել են նավթի մեկ բարելի դիմաց 50 դոլար գնի, ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ մանաթի փոխարժեքի 1,05 մակարդակի հաշվառմամբ:

Նավթի համաշխարհային գների եւ մանաթի փոխարժեքի անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամի մեջ. փակվել են նավթաարդյունաբերության մի շարք ձեռնարկություններ, պետական եւ մասնավոր հաստատություներ, հազարավոր աշխատավորներ գործազուրկ են դարձել: Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական աճն օրեցօր նվազում է, միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալությունների համաձայն` ադրբեջանական բանկերը կանգնած են ռիսկի սահմանին, այս տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն արդեն 6,7 մլրդ դոլար է կորցրել, Ադրբեջանի բյուջեն դեֆիցիտային է դարձել. եկող տարվա բյուջեն անցյալ տարվա պ ետբյուջեից մոտ 2 անգամ փոքր է սահմանվել:

Ադրբեջանի 1915 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 90 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 41 դոլարով ցածր է:
