Թուրքիայի գործող վարչախումբը, հրաժարվելով կյանքի կոչել 2009թ. ստորագրված Ցյուրիխյան արձանագրությունները, ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելը չի բխում իր շահերից: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ «Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» 6-րդ համաժողովի ընթացքում իր ելույթում նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
«Հայաստանն այս բարդ տարածաշրջանում դեռևս պարտադրված է ապրել շրջափակման մեջ: Չնայած մեր բարի կամքին, բոլոր միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից բարձր գնահատված քաղաքական խիզախությանը՝ Թուրքիան հրաժարվեց կյանքի կոչել 2009թ. ստորագրված Ցյուրիխյան երկու արձանագրությունները: Ավելին, փորձեց Հայաստանին պատանդ պահել այդ ստորագրություններին՝ մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցելով, որ այս տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելը այդ երկրի ներկայիս վարչախմբի շահերից չի բխում: 2015թ. փետրվարի 10-ին ես հետ կանչեցի ստորագրված արձանագրություններն Ազգային ժողովի օրակարգից: Նույն տարում ՄԱԿ-ի բարձր ամբիոնից ես արդեն հայտարարել եմ այս հարցի առնչությամբ Հայաստանի վերջին խոսքը, և այդ դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ տեսնելով Թուրքիայի շարունակական ուրացումը, որը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի նախօրեին դարձավ պարզապես արհամարհանք ժամանակակից քաղաքակրթության արժեքների նկատմամբ, միջազգային հանրությունը և հայկական սփյուռքը պետք է հետամուտ լինեն նոր ռազմավարության: «Աշխարհի շատ առաջատար երկրներ արդեն իսկ ճանաչել և դատապարտել են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Այս երկրներում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցները կարող են հպարտությամբ հռչակել իրենց հաղթանակը, և այդ հպարտությամբ կարող ենք աշխատել այդ երկրների հետ նոր օրակարգի ձևավորման ուղղությամբ»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ Նախագահը:
