 Հայաստանի մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը կարծում է, որ Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համահայկական համաժողովը պետք է դարձնել պատմական առիթ:

«Մեր հիմնական գաղափարախոսության՝ Հայաստան-Սփյուռք-Արցախ եռամիասնության կարեւորագույն  հենասյուները, որոնք են մեր լեզուն՝ մեր ինքնության կարեւոր հենասյունը, մեր հավատքը եւ մշակույթը, պետք է կարողանանք արժեւորել, որ իսկապես այս առիթը դարձնենք պատմական:  Կարծում եմ, որ տարեցտարի գնում ենք դեպի հենց այդ գաղափարի իրականացում եւ կայացում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարարը:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք Հայաստանը պատրաստ է հայրենադարձության համար, նախարարը պատասխանեց, որ նախեւառաջ հայրենադարձները պետք է դրան պատրաստ լինեն:

«Այդ ժամանակը գալու է, եւ  ոչ միայն հայրենադարձության, այլեւ ավելի վեհ ազգային գաղափարների իրականացման, որոնց մասին մենք դարերով երազել ենք»,-ասաց նա:

Երևանի Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում մեկնարկել է «Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» 6-րդ համաժողովը: Համաժողովի մեկնարկին բացման խոսքով հանդես կգա ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը, այնուհետև համայն հայությանը օրհնության խոսք կուղղի Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը, որին կհաջորդի ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը: Ելույթ կունենա նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ապա կլինի Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսի օրհնության խոսքը:

Համաժողովի շրջանակում տեղի կունենան թեմատիկ նիստեր ուղղություններով՝ Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնախնդիրներ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանական քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների պայմաններում, արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգ, հայապահպանության հիմնախնդիրներ: Համաժողովի շրջանակում տեղի կունենա նաև Համահայկական խորհրդի ստեղծման և Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցության հետագա զարգացման հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի խորհրդակցություն:
