ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն ադրբեջանական «սև ցուցակ» երևույթը համարում է հայատյաց քաղակաքանության մաս և որևէ լեգիտիմ բնութագիր չունեցող

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց և հայերի հետ առնչություն ունեցող անձանց նկատմամբ ատելության պետական քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ, ինչն արտահայտվում է նաև «սև ցուցակների» գործադրմամբ։

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից «Արմենպրես»-ին փոխանցված հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «Ազատության մեջ հայտնվելուց հետո բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի կատարած գրառումները ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում են, որ Ադրբեջանում հայատյացությունն ունի խորը արմատներ, իրականացվում է պետական բարձր աջակցությամբ և ուղղված է ազգությամբ հայերի դեմ: Այդ քաղաքականության արդյունքն է այն, որ արդեն ոչ միայն ազգությամբ հայերին, այլ նաև հայերի հետ որևէ առնչություն ունեցող ցանկացած անձին խոշտանգելը խրախուսվում է և համարվում պատվաբեր արարք: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանում «սև ցուցակները» հայատյաց քաղաքականության բաղկացուցիչ մաս են:

Մինսկում Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի ձերբակալման վերաբերյալ տվյալների հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն այս համոզմունքները ներկայացրել է միջազգային կառույցներին: Նրանցից ԶԼՄ-ների ազատության հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչը, Եվրոպական օմբուդսմանների ինստիտուտը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին են ներկայացրել իրենց դիրքորոշումները՝ կապված Ա.Լապշինի հանձնման հետ: ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչն այս առնչությամբ դիրքորոշում էր հայտնել այն մասին, որ  Ա.Լապշինին ադրբեջանական կողմին հանձնելու դեպքում նա կարժանանա անարդար վերաբերմունքի՝ որպես վրեժխնդրություն իր լրագրողական գործունեության և իր տեսակետները արտահայտելու համար, այդ թվում՝ կապված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանն առնչվող մարդու իրավունքների կարևոր հիմնահարցերի հետ: Ըստ Եվրոպական օմբուդսմանների ինստիտուտի՝ Ա.Լապշինի արտահանձնման որոշումն իրական սպառնալիք է եվրոպական արժեքների հիմքում ընկած՝ խոսքի եւ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ազատության համար և լրջորեն վտանգում է մարդու իրավունքների արժեքները:

Միջազգային գործընկերների այցերն ու նրանց աշխատանքն Արցախում համարվել են ու կհամարվեն իրավաչափ: Պետք է անդադար ու համառ աշխատանքով հասնել նրան, որ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը ճանաչի մեր հայրենիքի արցախյան հատվածն իր ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտներով: ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կարգավիճակի ու ռեսուրսների առավելագույն հնարավորություններով շարունակելու ենք աշխատանքն այս ուղղությամբ: Իրավական ոչնչացման է ենթակա նաև ադրբեջանական «սև ցուցակ» կոչվող երևույթը. այն հայատյաց քաղաքականության մաս է և չունի որևէ լեգիտիմ բնութագիր»:
