Հայոց բթամտությունն է. Գալուստ Սահակյանը՝ ռուսաց լեզվի հայեցակարգի մասին

Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզու չի կարող լինել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գալուստ Սահակյանը, ով դեմ է, որ Հայաստանում որեւէ լեզու հայոց լեզվին հավասար կարգավիճակ ստանա: Այս մասին Գալուստ Սահակյանն ասել է NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես է վերաբերում կառավարության՝ ռուսաց լեզվի խորացված դասավանդման նոր հայեցակարգին, որով ռուսերենն առանձնացվում է եւ որոշակի առավելություններ տրվում, Գալուստ Սահակյանը պատասխանեց. «Դա հայոց բթամտությունն է… մենք էդքան հող էլ չունենք սեփական, մենք փրկել ենք մեր լեզուն, որեւէ հայ եթե ասում է՝ Հայաստանում այլ լեզու լինի, չգիտեմ՝ ինչ ասեմ, վատ բառեր չեմ ուզում ասել: Հայաստանի պետական լեզուն հայերենն է, առավել եւս մենք աշխատում ենք՝ գրաբարի, արեւմտահայերենի վրա, որ կարողանանք միավորենք։ Հայաստանում երկրորդ լեզու հնարավոր չէ: Նախ եւ առաջ երկրորդ լեզվի անհրաժեշտություն առաջանում է այն դեպքում, երբ որ այդ ազգի ներկայացուցիչների մեծ մասը քո երկրում է ապրում, մեր երկրում ռուսներ չկան: Էդ հարցը ինձ մի տվեք, մի ժամանակ բավականին լուրջ այդ մասին խոսակցություն եղավ, Դուք դեռ նոր-նոր սովորում էիք, երբ Պուտինը եկավ էստեղ ես ու Շավարշ Քոչարյան ներկայացրեցինք հայերենը եւ նա ընդունեց մեր ասածները: Ընդունեց, որ մենք ճիշտ ենք, որ Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզու չի կարող լինել»։
Գալուստ Սահակյանը շեշտեց, որ դեռ չի ուսումնասիրել հայեցակարգը եւ լավ չի պատկերացնում ինչի մասին է խոսքը, բայց կարծում է, որ եթե հայոց լեզվից «ձեռք են քաշում», ուրեմն «ձեռք են քաշում» նաեւ անկախությունից:
«Մենք ազգ ենք մեր լեզվով, պատմության մեջ կարողացել ենք շարունակել միայն մեր լեզվով, Սփյուռքում էլ ենք պայքարում, որ մեր լեզուն լինի: Եթե մեր լեզուն չօգտագործվի, մենք նոր գտնելու բաներ չունենք»,-ասաց Գալուստ Սահակյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը որոշել է, որ Հայաստանում ռուսերենի ուսուցումը կարեւորագույն խնդիրներից մեկն է եւ իր հանձնարարականով կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարությունում ռուսերենի խորացված ուսուցման հայեցակարգ է մշակվել:
ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է հանրակրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատություններում ռուսաց լեզվի դասավանդման հայեցակարգը:
Ըստ այդ հայեցակարգը ռուսաց լեզուն հատուկ արտոնություններ է ստանում։ Մասնավորապես, առաջարկվումռուսաց լեզվի ուսուցում այս կամ այն առարկայական ոլորտում (ֆիզիկա, մաթեմատիկա, աշխարագրություն և այլն), այսինքն՝ ավագ դպրոցում մի շարք առարկաններից որոշ թեմաների՝ հայերենին զուգահեռ դասավանդում:
