Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարել է, որ Վերնիսաժում տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների գործով նոր հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ եկել, որոնք հրապարակման ենթակա չեն: Հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ վիրավորվածին տեղափոխվել են Աստղիկ հիվանդանոց, որը պատկանում է Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին: Ավելին ՝ մամուլը գրեց, որ Ալեքսանյանին տեսել են իր իսկ հիվանդանոց մտնել-դուրս գալիս: 

Ակնհայտ կազմակերպված հանցավորության դրսևորման հետ գործ ունենք. դրա մասին դժվար չէ գլխի ընկնել արդեն իսկ եղած փաստերից: Բացի դա ՝ կա նաև կոնկրետ ուժային կառույցների փնթիություն ՝ երկու պլանով: 1-ին ՝ ոստիկանները դեպքի վայր ժամանել են բավական ուշացած: 2-րդ ՝ կազմակերպված հանցավորության հետ տարվող աշխատանքները արդյունավետ չեն և վերջիններս հանգիստ, քաղաքի կենտրոնում, կառավարական շենքերի հարևանությամբ կրակահերթեր են արձակում: 

Այսքանից հետո տրամաբանական էր, որ քրեա-օլիգարխիկ համակարգը ոչ միայն կփակի գործի հանրային հետաքրքրվածության հատվածը, այլև այն կտեղափոխի այսպես ասած ներքին քննարկման: Սա զարմանալի չէ ՝ կազմակերպված հանցավորության մեջ ներգրավված տարրերը սերտ կապված են իշխանության հետ: Պատահական չէ, որ սպանվածը, վիրավորվածը և սպանության կասկածյալները իրար հետ կապված են վենդետայի երկարատև թելերով, որի պատճառը Ալավերդու քաղաքապետի ընտրություններն են: Եվ ինչ-որ իմաստով այս գործը քաղաքական է, ներքաղաքական ու ներիշխանական: Հենց դրա համար էլ կարիք կա այն ներքին քննարկման տեղափոխելու:
