Մասիսի քաղաքապետարանից տեղեկանք ստանալը գին ունի. ահազանգեցին մի խումբ մասիսցիներ: Արարատի մարզի Մասիս քաղաքում տեղեկանք ստանալու համար պետք է քաղաքացիները վճարեն 1000–ական դրամ։ Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչները դժգոհում են քաղաքի տեղական իշխանություններից՝ բողոքելով, որ ամենուր իրենցից գումար են պահանջում:
«Մի տեղեկանքի համար փող են ուզում: Թոշակով, նպաստով գոյատևող մարդիկ ենք, մեզ փող որտեղի՞ց: Պետք է փող վճարես մի ստից տեղեկանքի համար, մարդ վախենում է մի հարցով քաղաքապետարան դիմի, փող են ուզում»,– վրդովվեցին մասիսցիները:
Ահազանգի իսկությունը ճշտելու նպատակով Past.am-ը կապ հաստատեց Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի հետ, ով վստահեցրեց, որ նման բան չի կարող լինել:
«Նման բան եթե լինի, տեղում ականջները կոլորեմ, ով ուզում է լինի, չի կարա տենց բան լինի»,– պարզաբանեց Մասիսի քաղաքապետը և վստահեցրեց, որ անձամբ հետամուտ կլինի քաղաքացիների բարձրաձայնած հարցին:
