Վերջին օրերի լրահոսից դուրս մնացին Հայաստանում ընթացող աղմկոտ դատավրությունները: Բայց այն խնդիրները, որ ակներև են դառնում այդ դատավարությունների արդյունքում նույնն են մնացել: Սասնա ծռերի, Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի, ինչպես նաև Նորքի գործով զինված խմբի դատավարություններն անցնում են աղմկոտ քննարկումների ներքո: Ամբաստանյալների աթոռին հայտնված անձանց իրավունքների ամենափոքր խախտումները դատարանում, դառնում են քննարկումների առարկա: Կարելի է ասել, որ ամառվա հիմնական օրակարգը հենց ծռերն ու նրանց դատավարություններն էին: Եվ սա այն պարագայում, որ իրենք ծռերը բովանդակային իմաստով չունեն քաղաքական ասելիք և նահանջի ուղու համար դիմում են արհեստածին հնարքների, օրինակ իրենց գործունեությունը տեղավորելով ապագաղութացում կոնցեպտի տակ: 

Խնդիրը, սակայն, ոչ այնքան այն է, թե ինչ են ասում ծռերը, այլ այն, թե ինչ են նրանք արել և ինչպես է դա հասկացել հասարակությունը: Հուլիսյանի թեժ օրերը հասարակության մի ստվար հատվածի մոտ ձևավորել են վերջին հույսի մտայնություն: Հասարակությունը չի վերլուծել գործողության նախապատմությունը, դրա հիմքերը, հետևանքները, պատմական կոնտեքստը և այլն: Հասարակությունը ֆիքսել է մակերևույթին լողացող մի պարզ բան ՝ զենքի ուժով ագրեսիա իշխանության դեմ, ցնցում, ապակայունացում: 

Իսկ վերոթվարկյալ երևույթները պոպուլյարություն են վայելում մի պարզ պատճառով ՝ իշխանությունն իր հիբրիդային ավտորիտարիզմով բացառում է երկրում որևէ բեկումնային փոփոխության հնարավորություն, իսկ ընդդիմությունը սուբյեկտիվ և օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով, չի կարողանում փոփոխություն իրականացնել ու ավելի է խորացնում իրավիճակի ճահճացման միտումը: Այս իրավիճակում ցանկացած երևույթ, որ պարունակում է ցնցման ու ապակայունացման հեռանկար, ավտոմատ կերպով հասարակության աչքերում դառնում է ճահճացումից դուրս գալու տարբերակ:
