Ֆրանսիայի հայտնի թագավոր Ֆիլիպ Չորրորդ գեղեցիկը, եթե իմանար, որ իր ժամանակաշրջանից շուրջ յոթ հարյուր տարի հետո կլինի մեկ այլ գեղեցիկ կառավարիչ, թերևս կհրաժարվե այդ պատվանունից։ Մյուս կողմից մենք շատ ուրախ ենք, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը տեղյակ չէ Ֆիլիպ Գեղեցիկի գործունեությունից և սահմանափակվում է Սյունիքը Սինգապուր դարձնելու բուռն ցանկությամբ։ Հակառակ դեպքում, եթե նա տեղյակ լիներ այդ պատմական անցքերից ապա կխոստանար Շիրակը դարձնել Աքվիտանիա, Տավուշը՝ Ֆլանդրիա, Լոռին՝ Ֆոնտենբլո։

Իսկ եթե մի պահ վերանանք սարկազմից, ապա ամփոփվեց Կարապետյանի պաշտոնավարման մեկ տարին։ Բոլորը լուրջ դեմքով վերլուծում են այն, ինչը տեղի չի ունեցել։ Հայաստանը մեկ տարում առաջընթաց չի ապրել։ Հասարակության խնդիրների չնչին մասն անգամ չեն կարգավորվել։ Իսկ հիշու՞մ էիք, թե ինպիսի հույսեր էին արթնացել, երբ Հյուսիսի մարդը եկավ մեզ փրկելու։

Որոշ տվյալներով, Հայաստանն առաջատարն է պոռնո կայքերից օգտվողների քանակով Կովկասում։ Ասել է թե, ազգս սիրում է երազախաբ լինել, իսկ հետո՝ հաջորդում է տրամաբանական գործողությունը։

Մեկ այլ հարցումներով, Հայաստանն առաջատարն է աշխարհում հավատացյալների թվով։ Շուրջ 92 տոկոսն իրենց համարում են հավատացյալներ։ Դե իսկ Քրիստոսն ասել է՝ Աստծունը Ատծուն, Կեսարինը՝ Կեսարին։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող էին չհավատալ, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց Կարեն Կարապետյանին  և ասեց՝ լավ է լինելու։

Իսկ ի՞նչ արեց Կարապետյանը։ Շոու ընկերներ։ Այն ամենն ինչ նա արեց, միտված էր միայն մեկ բանի՝ իմիտացիա ստեղծելու, թե այս կառավարությունը հաջողելու է։ Իսկ եթե հիշում եք, դա նախընտրական փուլում էր։ Բայց եկեք հետհայացք նետենք ու հասկանանք, թե ու՞մ վրա էր հոխորտում։ Երկրորդական, երրորդական քաղաքների քաղաքապետերի ու ինչ-որ վարչությունների պետերի։ Իսկ դա նորմալ է։ Այդ բոլորը պետերը գիտեն, որ կարապետյանները կգնան ու կգան, իսկ իրենք կմնան։ Համակարգային որևէ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել, միջին վիճակագրական հայաստանցին, իր սոցիալական վիճակում, դրական տեղաշարժ չի նկատել, եթե չխոսենք բացասականի մասին։

Իսկ եթե լինենք անկեղծ, ապա պետք է պնդենք, որ պիջակ փոխելով, իմիջ ձևավորելով և շոու սարքելով երկիր չեն կառավարում, բովանդակություն չեն փոխում, էություն չեն կարգավորում։ Այդ ամենն անում են աշխատելով, սկզբունքայնություն, օբյեկտիվություն և կառավարման հմտություններ դրսևորելով։ Գազի փական բացել-փակելը, դեռ չի նշանակում տնտեսությունից հասկանալ։

Կարապետյանի կառավարության միակ ձեռքբերումը ձևակերպել է մի սիրառատ ու ներքին սեռական էներգիայով հարուստ տիկին, որն իր արշինով չափելով ողջ հասարակությանը, հայտարարեց, թե Կարեն Կարապետյանը տիրացել է Հայաստանի կանանց 80 տոկոսի սրտերին։
