ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց մի շարք օրինագծեր

Հայաստանի ազգային ժողովը առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց մի շարք օրինագծեր: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» օրենքի մեջ լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու» մասին հարցը: Օրինագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 68, դեմ՝ 28 պատգամավոր: Դեմ քվեարկեց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, իսկ «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ կողմ են քվեարկելու, քանի որ հիմնական զեկուցողը և հարակից զեկուցողները իրենց վստահեցրել են, որ իրենց մտահոգող դրույթները տեղ չեն գտնի վերջնական տարբերակում:

Օրենքի նախագծով սահմանվում են հանրահավաքներ անցկացնելու կարգը, հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների իրավունքները, ինչպես նաև այն դեպքերը, երբ հանրահավաքների անցկացումը կարող է սահմանափակվել: Ինչպես նաև ամրագրվում է, որ ուժային կառույցների աշխատակիցները համազգեստով հանրահավաքին մասնակցելու իրավունք չեն ունենա, իսկ մասնակցելու պարագայում պետք է չեզոք դիրք գրավեն: 

ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց նաև «Ճարտարապետական գործունեության մասին» և կից ներկայացրած օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որով Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միության բազայի վրա առաջարկվում է ստեղծել ճարտարապետների պալատ:

Խորհրդարանը միաձայն ընդունեց նաև  «Քաղաքական ապաստանի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին  օրենքի նախագիծը, որով քաղաքական ապաստան տրամադրելու լիազորությունը ՀՀ նախագահից անցնելու է լիազոր մարմնին, որը ֆիքսելու է կառավարությունը: Առաջարկվող փոփոխություններով քաղաքական ապաստան ստանալու հայտերը 10 օրվա փոխարեն կքննարկվեն 30 օրվա ընթացքում: Օրենքի նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 93 պատգամավոր:
