ՍԱՊԾ տեսուչները և Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողներն իրազեկման արշավ են իրականացնում

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը սեպտեմբերի 12-ին տվել է Ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի համատեղ իրազեկման արշավի մեկնարկը, որն ուղղված է սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վերաբերյալ հանրային իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանը:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Այս միջոցառման 10 օրերի ընթացքում ուսանողները, Ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ, կշրջեն Երևանի բոլոր 10 վարչական շրջաններով՝ իրացման ցանցերի և հանրային սննդի կետերի տնտեսվարողներին ծանոթացնելով սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտի օրենսդրական պահանջներին ու մեկնարկած նոր ծրագրերին: Մինչ այդ ուսանողները երկօրյա սեմինարի ընթացքում վերազինվել էին ոլորտին վերաբերող գիտելիքներով, ինչն էլ այսօր գործնականում են կիրառել՝ տնտեսվարողներին տեղեկություններ փոխանցելով:
Իրազեկման արշավի համար Ծառայությունը Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման գործակալության և «Տնտեսական հետազոտությունների և զարգացման աջակցության կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպության (ՏՀԶԱԿ) աջակցությամբ պատրաստել է տեղեկատվական թերթիկներ, սպառողների և տնտեսվարողների ուղեցույցներ, ծառայության «Թեժ գիծը» ներկայացնող պիտակներ:
Դրանք առաջիկա 10 օրերի ընթացքում կբաժանվեն տնտեսվարողներին ու սպառողներին: Տեղեկատվական ուղեցույցներով կներկայացվեն փոխադրամիջոցի սանիտարական անձնագիր ունենալու պահանջի ժամանակացույցն ու օրենսդրական հիմքերը, հատկապես, որ հարցն արդիական է. սեպտեմբերի մեկից որոշ ոլորտներում հաց-հացամթերք և միս տեղափոխող փոխադրամիջոցների՝ սանիտարական անձնագրեր ունենալու նորմը պարտադիր է: Իրազեկման արշավի ընթացքում կներկայացվի նաև միայն սպանդանոցային միս գնելու ու իրացնելու պահանջը, որը պետական գնումների դեպքում արդեն իսկ կիրառվում է մայիսի 1-ից, տեղական միս օգտագործող արտադրողների համար պարտադիր կլինի նոյեմբերից, և արդեն 2018թ-ի հուլիսի մեկից փուլային տարբերակով կներդրվի ողջ հանրապետությունում:
Այս արշավը հատկապես կարևոր է տնտեսվարողների գրանցվելու պահանջը ծանուցելու առումով: Արդյունքում՝ ՍԱՊԾ սննդի շղթայի օպերատորների բազան էականորեն կհամալրվի՝ թույլ տալով իրականացնել առավել հասցեական և թիրախային վերահսկողություն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանն ու Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի միջև համագործակցությունն ամարագրվել է հուշագրով, որի շրջանակներում համատեղ միջոցառումները լինելու են պարբերական»։
