Կառավարության սուբսիդավորմամբ գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին կտրամադրվեն 3-5 տոկոսանոց վարկեր

ՀՀ կառավարությունը 2017 թվականի երրորդ եռամսյակից գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների վարկերը կսուբսիդավորի այնպիսի չափաքանակով, որպեսզի սահմանամերձ համայնքների տնտեսվարողներին դրանք տրամադրվեն 3 տոկոս տոկոսսադրույքով, իսկ մնացած համայնքների բնակիչներին՝ 5 տոկոսով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այդ մասին նշված է Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորման ծրագրում, որը կքննարկվի կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 14-ի նիստում:
Ինչպես տոկոսադրույքի, այնպես էլ մայր գումարի համար ֆինանսական կառույցի կողմից կարող է սահմանվել արտոնյալ ժամկետ առավելագույնը 12 ամիս, վարկի վաղաժամկետ վճարման դեպքում տույժեր և տուգանքներ չեն սահմանվելու: Վարկավորման ժամկետը սահմանվում է մինչև 5 տարի, ելնելով ներդրումների ուղղվածությունից (ներդրումների կառուցվածքում շրջանառու միջոցների տեսակարար կշիռը 30 տոկոսից ավելին կազմելու դեպքում վարկավորումը կիրականացվի մինչև 2 տարի ժամկետով, իսկ հիմնական միջոցների 70 տոկոս և ավելին կազմելու դեպքում վարկավորումը կիրականացվի մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով):
Վարկերը տրամադրվելու են դրամով. առավելագույնը 14 տոկոս անվանական տոկոսադրույքով, ընդ որում, վարկի հետ կապված ֆինանսական կառույցների ծառայությունների համար այլ վճարներ չեն գանձվելու (կանխիկացման վճար, սպասարկման վճար, միջնորդավճարներ և այլն)՝ 3-10 մլն դրամ գումարի սահմաններում:
Ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է սկսած 2017 թվականի երրորդ եռամսյակից և շարունակվելու է մինչև 2021 թիվը:
Մինչ այժմ կառավարությունը սուբսիդավորում էր գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների վարկերի 6 տոկոսը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2011 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից մինչև 2017 թվականի հունիսի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տրամադրվել է շուրջ 127.5 հազար միավոր վարկ 106.4 մլրդ դրամ գումարով: Սուբսիդավորված գումարը կազմել է շուրջ 5.1 մլրդ դրամ:
