«Յունիբանկը» սկսում է 5.75% տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ դոլարային պարտատոմսերի թողարկումը

2017թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 11-ից «Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ն սկսում է անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի հերթական թողարկումը: Դոլարային պարտատոմսերի տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է 5.75%, շրջանառության ժամկետը` 36 ամիս: Արժեկտրոնային եկամտի վճարումն իրականացվելու է եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ: Պարտատոմսերի մարումը կիրականացվի 11.09.2020թ.-ին: 

Պարտատոմսերը կարել է ձեռքբերել` դիմելով բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակ կամ 47 մասնաճյուղերից մեկը: Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումն իրականացվելու է 11.09.2017թ.-ից մինչև 17.11.2017թ.: Թողարկման ծավալը կազմում է 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչը ներառում է յուրաքանչյուրը 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով 50 000 հատ պարտատոմս: Նախատեսված է, որ տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը կցուցակվեն Nasdaq OMX Armenia ֆոնդային բորսայում:

Առաջարկի վերաբերյալ Ծրագրային ազդագրին և թողարկման վերջնական պայմաններին կարող եք ծանոթանալ www.unibank.am կայքում: Ծրագրային ազդագիրը ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից գրանցվել է 22.03.2017թ. թիվ 1/213 Ա որոշմամբ: Ներդրողը կարող է ձեռքբերել Ծրագրային ազդագրի թղթային տարբերակը բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում և մասնաճյուղերում, իսկ էլեկտրոնային տարբերակը` բանկի ինտերնետային կայքի «Բաժնետերեր և ներդրողներ» բաժնում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ բանկի պարտատոմսերը ցուցակված են  «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ»-ում և ընդգրկվել պարտատոմսերի հիմնական (Abond) ցուցակում: 

«Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն, բանկի կողմից թողարկված անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից:
