Ավտոբուսներով մարզերից դեպի Երևան փաստաբաններին տեղափոխելը ընտրությունը կեղծելու նշան չի կարող լինել: Փաստաբանների պալատն ընտրությունների ժամանակ միշտ էլ կազմակերպել է մարզերից մարդկանց տեղափոխումը՝ նրանց մեծաթիվ ծախսերից ազատելու նպատակով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի թեկնածու Արա Զոհրաբյա! նը:
«Քանի որ ընտրատեղամասը միայն Երևան քաղաքում է, Փաստաբանների պալատն ընտրությունների ժամանակ միշտ կազմակերպել է մարզերից փաստաբանների տեղափոխումը: Եվ ավտոբուսներով տանել-բերելը ընտրությունը կեղծելու նշան չի կարող լինել»,- ասաց Զոհրաբյանն ու հավելեց՝ ողջ գործընթացը նկարահանվում է և վերահսկելի է:
Միակ առաջադրված թեկնածուն լինելու վերաբերյալ Զոհրաբյանն ասաց, որ չի հայտնի մեծամիտ կարծիք՝ իբր ոչ ոք չի համարձակվել իր հետ թեկնածություն դնել: «Սակայն կարծում եմ՝ լավ կլիներ, որ այն գործընկերները, որոնք կարծում էին, թե բացասական գործունեություն եմ ծավալում, առաջադրեին իրենց թեկնածուին»,-ասաց թեկնածուն:
Նրա խոսքով՝պահանջներին բավարարող բազմաթիվ փաստաբաններ կան, որոնցից որևէ մեկը չի առաջադրվել: Օրենքը և կանոնադրությունը սահմանում են՝ 10 և ավելի տարվա մասնագիտական փորձ ունեցող յուրաքանչյուր փաստաբան կարող է ինքնառաջադրվել կամ առաջադրել մեկ այլ փաստաբանների:
Ընտրությունների հնարավոր արդյունքների վերաբերյալ Զոհրաբյանն ասաց, որ ներկայացրել է նախորդ 4 տարիներին կատարած աշխատանքի հաշվետվությունը, սակայն գնահատողները փաստաբաններն են: «Վաղն արդեն պարզ կլինի՝ փաստաբաններն իմ նկատմամբ ունեն վստահություն, թե ոչ»,- եզրափակեց Արա Զոհրաբյանը:
