ՀՔԾ-ն կարճել է ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակի գործը: Խոսքը նախընտրական շրջանում շրջանառության մեջ հայտնված հայտնի ձայնագրության մասին է, որտեղ աշխատակիցներին շահագրգռում և սպառնում են ձայներ բերել Արտակ Սարգսյանի համար: ՀՔԾ-ն կարծում է, որ հանցակազմ չկա:

Զարմանալի է, սակայն, այն, որ ոչ թե գործը կարճել են, այլ՝ կարճման հետ կապված հանրային զայրույթը, կարծես այդպես էլ պետք է լիներ: Արտակ Սարգսյանի գործը կարճել են, որովհետև կարիք կա երկարացնել Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունը: Իսկ Սարգսյանի հենարանը մնում են հենց Արտակ Սարգսյանի պես մարդիկ: Նրանք, իհարկե, ամենալավ դիրքերում չեն վերնախավում: Նոր սերնդի կաբինետային հանրապետականները նրանց դուրս են մղել առաջին էյշելոնից: Բայց նրանք ունեն քվոտաներ բիզնեսով զբաղվելու, որի դիմաց նրանք պետք է ձայներ բերեն ՀՀԿ-ին:

Այնպես որ, Արտակ Սարգսյանի գործը պետք է կարճվեր ու կարճվեց, զարմանալի ոչինչ այստեղ չկա, ինչքան էլ տեղի ունեցածը տհաճ լինի: Պետք է ռեալ գնահատել համակարգի իրական մեխանիզմը ու մանկական հույսեր չփայփայել, թե գոնե այս անգամ հանրային արձագանքին կապավինեն:
