Գերմանիայի բունդեսթագի պատվիրակությունը ժամանել է Թուրքիայի «Կոնիա» ավիաբազա, որտեղ տեղակայված են բունդեսվերի զինծառայողները, որպեսզի ծանոթանա նրանց ծառայության պայմաններին։ Յոթ խորհրդարանականներ, որոնք ներկայացնում են բոլոր խմբակցությունները, օդանավով տեղափոխվել են Թուրքիայի ռազմական աէրոդրոմ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, կեսօրին մոտ, հայտնում է DW-ը։
Ավելի վաղ, հուլիսին, Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները խոչընդոտել էին բունդեսթագի պատգամավորների այցելությանն ավիաբազա։ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Սթոլթենբերգի միջնորդական միջամտությունից հետո Թուրքիան ու Գերմանիան կարողացել են փոխզիջման հասնել՝ Անկարան համաձայնել է գերմանական խորհրդարանական պատվիրակության այցելությանը՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդհանուր պատվիրակության կազմում՝ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Ռոուզ Գոթեմլյոլերի ղեկավարությամբ։
Գերմանիայի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ նման որոշումը կարող է միայն ժամանակավոր լինել ՝ անհրաժեշտ է փնտրել այլ հնարավորություններ, որոնք «քաղաքական տեսակետից ավելի ճկուն կլինեն, քան նրանք, որոնց մենք ականատես ենք դարձել վերջին ամիսներին»։ «Դաշնային կառավարությունը, անկասկած, դրանով կզբաղվի ընտրություններից հետո, գերմանական բունդեսթագի ու թուրքական կառավարության հետ համատեղ»,- շեշտել է դիվանագետը։
Ավելի վաղ Թուրքիան հրաժարվել էր թույլատրել գերմանացի պատգամավորների մուտքը «Կոնիա» ու «Ինջիրլիք» ավիաբազա, վկայակոչելով Բեռլինի հետ երկկողմանի հարաբերությունների ճգնաժամը։ Տարաձայնությունների հետեւանքով գերմանացի զինծառայողներն ու տեխնիկան դուրս են բերել «Ինջիրլիկ» ավիաբազայից ու տեղափոխվել Հորդանան։ Քանի որ «Կոնիա» ավիաբազայում բունդեսվերի զինծառայողները մտնում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի կոնտինգենտի մեջ, դրանց տեղափոխությունն այնտեղից հնարավոր է իրականացնել միայն Բեռլինի թույլտվությամբ, հիշեցնում է AFP-ն։
