Սա նոր քայլ էր, բավականաչափ հիմնավորված, ու ես կարծում եմ, որ որևէ խնդիր չի կարող առաջանալ: Այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով Մովսես Հակոբյանի` ՀՀ ԶՈւ շտաբի պետի տեղակալ նշանակվելուն, այս մասին նշեց ԱԺ Պաշտպանության, Ազգային անվտանգության ու ներքին գործերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կորյուն Նահապետյանը:

«Մենք բազմաթիվ նման դեպքեր ենք ունեցել, որ ԼՂՀ ներկայացուցիչներ, քաղաքացիներ նշանակվել են Հայաստանում տարբեր պաշտոններում, և սա նույնպես բացառություն չէ», – ընդգծեց Նահապետյանը:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, թե նշանակման մեջ որևէ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ չի տեսնում և հավելեց, որ Սեյրան Օհանյանը դեռևս պաշտոնավարում է որպես նախարար և տեղին չհամարեց նրա ապագայի մասին քննարկումները:

«Մեր ԶՈՒ-ն այսօր էլ գտնվում է շատ մարտունակ վիճակում, իսկ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ում այսօր էլ կան շատ հմուտ զինվորականներ ու ղեկավարներ, իսկ այդ փոխատեղումը չի կարող բացասական անդրադառնալ ԼՂՀ ԶՈՒ-ի մարտունակության վրա» , – ընդգծեց նա և, անդրդառանալով սահմանային լարվածությանը, ասաց. «Ինչ վերաբերում է սահմանային լարվածության սրմանը, ապա կան որոշակի կանխատեսումներ, որ կարող է իրավիճակը սահմանում լարվել, սակայն մեր ԶՈՒ պատրաստ են ու իրականացնում են տարբեր զորավարժություններ, որպեսզի ավելի մեծացնեն իրենց մարտունակությունը»:

Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե Մովսես Հակոբյանի նշանակմամբ հնարավո՞ր է Հայաստանում նոր նշանակումներ լինեն, պատգամավորը նշեց. «Փոփոխությունները հնարավոր են և որևէ մեկը չի կարող ասել, որ դրանք չեն լինի»:
