Տավուշի մարզում մեկնարկել է «Կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագիրը

Տավուշի մարզում սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի հայաստանյան գրասենյակը «Պարենի դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագրի իրագործումը փոխանցեց ՀՀ կառավարությանը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Պասկալ Միշոն։ Նա ասաց, որ իրենց կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվող ամենահաջող ծրագրերի շարքին է դասվում «Կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագիրը։
«Սկսելով 2010 թվականին՝ մենք երեք մարզերում դպրոցական սննդի տրամադրումն արդեն իսկ հանձնել ենք Կառավարությանը։ Այդ դպրոցներում բոլոր տարրական դասարաններում բարեհաջող իրականացվում է դպրոցական սնուցման ծրագիրը։ Այսօր չորրորդ մարզում՝ Տավուշում, նույնպես փոխանցեցինք ծրագրի իրագործումը Կառավարությանը։ Այս ծրագրի հաջողության գրավականներից է այն, որ մենք ոչ միայն սնունդ, այլև սննդարար և հավասարակշիռ կառուցվածքով տաք ուտելիք ենք տրամադրում»,- նշեց Պասկալ Միշոն։
Նա ծրագիրը հաջողված է համարում՝ նաև ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, որ դպրոցներում վերանորոգվում են խոհանոցները, ճաշարանները, ինչպես նաև հենց դպրոցների շենքերը։
«Մեր ծրագրի շնորհիվ մարզային դպրոցներում բարելավվում է ջրի վիճակը և սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանները։ Այս հանգամանքները կենսական նախապայմաններ են անվտանգ կերակուր ապահովելու համար»,- ընդգծեց ՊՀԾ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրենը։
Համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի (ՊՀԾ) և ՌԴ «Ճյուղային սննդի ինստիտուտի» տեխնիկական օժանդակությամբ մշակված հայեցակարգի ու ազգային ռազմավարության՝ նախատեսվում է ծրագրի աստիճանաբար փոխանցում ՀՀ կառավարությանը։
ՊՀԾ-ն Հայաստան է ներկրում անհրաժեշտ սննդամթերքը և, պահեստավորվելով Վանաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող պահեստներում, այնտեղից բաշխում ծրագրի շահառու դպրոցներին։ Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում նույնպես սնունդը սովորողներին տրամադրվում է ուսումնական տարվա 168 օրերի ընթացքում՝ շաբաթը 5 օր։ ՊՀԾ-ի կողմից դպրոցներին հատկացվող սնունդը ներառում է ձավարեղեն, ընդեղեն, բուսական յուղ, հնդկացորեն, կաթի փոշի և շաքարավազ։ Անհրաժեշտ մյուս սննդամթերքները ձեռք են բերվում դպրոցների ծնողական համայնքի հավաքագրված գումարով կամ տրամադրվում է նրանց կողմից։ Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության և ՊՀԾ-ի միջև ստորագրված «Հայաստանում կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ զարգացման ծրագրի»՝ ՊՀԾ-ի կողմից իրականացվող «Դպրոցական սնունդ ծրագրի» շրջանակում սննդամթերքի ներքին փոխադրումների համար պետական բյուջեից տարեկան հատկացվում է 49 միլիոն դրամ։
«Կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագրի ռազմավարության համաձայն՝ համապատասխան պայմանների առկայության դեպքում դպրոցներն աստիճանաբար տրամադրվող չոր սննդից պետք է անցում կատարեն տաք սնունդ տրամադրելու քաղաքականության։ Այդ նպատակով ծրագրում ընդգրկված բոլոր մարզերի դպրոցներում կատարվել է ճաշարաններին և խոհանոցների բարելավումը, ինչպես նաև ծրագրում ընդգրկված մասնագետների վերապատրաստում։
