Ի՞նչ էր ասում Լիաննա Զուրաբյանը: Առաջին հայացքից չարաշահում էր իր «պաշտոնական» դիրքը: Իր դեպքում ՝ հանրային ճանաչելիությունը, որ ձեռք էր բերել պաթոսի, պոեզիայի և թամադայության արանքում գտնվող ինչ-որ երևույթի շնորհիվ: Այլաբանորեն ասում էր ՝ «ինձ տեղը չե՞ք բերում»: Արտասովորն այստեղ այն էր, որ ասողը կին է: Այլ արտասովոր բան չկա, հատկապես ՃՈ աշխատակիցների համար, որոնք նմանատիպ արտահայտություն լսում են օրը 6-20 անգամ: Ավելին՝ նմանատիպ արտահայտություններն ու դրան հետևող զանգերը հոպար-մորքուրներին հաճախ «պատ են ծակում»: 

Ոստիկանության տարածած տեսանյութի քննարկումներում հայտնվող քննադատությունը այդ համակարգի ներայացուցիչները զարմանքով ընդունեցին: Այդ ինչպես ստացվեց, որ ոստիկանները հարգալից կերպով կանգնեցրեց իրեն չափից շատ ինքնավստահ պահող, օրենքի չգոյությանը հղում անող ու կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերով հագեցած հայտարարություններ անող կնոջը, բայց սլաքները կրկին իր դեմ պտտվեցին:

Շատ պարզ ՝ ինչքան էլ գռեհիկ լինի Զուրաբյանի պահվածքը, դա բնական պահվածք է հայաստանյան նիստուկացի կոնտեքստում: Ասմունքողը ոչ առաջին, ոչ վերջին մարդն է, ով որոշել է չարաշահել իր դիրքը: Ինչ-որ մեկը մինչ այդ չարաշահել է իր պաշտոնը, իր հանրային ճանաչելիությունը: Եվ այդ ամենն արդյունք է տվել, ոստիկանությունն ընկրկել է: 

Հետևաբար, եթե խնդիրն իսկապես Լիաննա Զուրաբյանի նման պահվածքով մարդկանց ու երևույթների դեմ պայքարելն է, ոստիկանությունն իսկապես պիտի դաժան գտնվի ՝ դաժան ինքն իր ու հանրային մենթալիտետի հանդեպ: Եթե խնդիրը պարզապես ինչ-որ դրվագում, քաղաքական իրավիճակում խնդիր լուծելն ու ոստիկանության վարկանիշը խելքի բերելն էր, դա այլ հարց: Պարզ է մի բան: Հնարավորության դեպքում, օրենքի ու իշխանության իրացնողների թուլակամության դեպքում միշտ լինելու են մարդիկ, ովքեր փորձելու են չարաշահել իրենց դիրքը, անունը, հեղինակությունը: Խնդիրը այդ չարաշահումը չէ, այլ այն ՝ արդյոք դա արդյունավետ գործիք է, թե ոչ, արդյոք չարաշահողը կարողանում է հաղթել հոգեբանական պայքարում, թե ոչ: Եվ եթե իսկապես ոստիկանության  մոտ ցանկություն է առաջացել հանրային այդ արատի արդյունավետությունը հասցնել զրոյի, ապա նրանք սկսել են սխալ տեղից:
