Ադրբեջանական սկանդալի հայկական քավության նոխազը

Ադրբեջանական լվացքատուն անունով հայտնի դարձած սկանդալի շուրջ աղմուկին  ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանը պաշտոնական և ոչ պաշտոնական խոսափողներով հայտարարեց, որ դա հայկական լոբբիի եւ բրիտանական հատուկ ծառայությունների գործակցության արդյունքն է: Ադրբեջանի քարոզչական ոլորտի պատասխանատուները համարձակվեցին այդ ամենում մեղադրել նաև Սոռոսին: 

Իհարկե այն հանգամանքը, որ նույնիսկ Բաքվի արվարձաններում տեղի ունեցող դեռահասների ծեծկռտուքի մեջ մեղավոր են հայերը, նորութուն չէ: Ադրբեջանական պետական քարոզչամեքենան առիթ անառիթ մեղադրում է հայերին ու Հայաստանին բոլոր բացասական բաների մեջ: Սա հիմարություն չէ, այլ գիտակցված քաղաքականություն, որն, ընդ որում, վատ չի աշխատում: Իսկ, երբ խոսքը գնում է հատկապես նմանատիպ սկանդալների մասին, ապա առաջին բանը, որ կարելի է անել ներքին լսարանում դեմքդ փրկելու համար ՝ հայերի վրա մեղքը բարդելն է:

Նմանատիպ քարոզչությունը ունի հակառակ կողմ ևս: Ստացվում է, որ հայերն ամենազոր են: Դեմոնիզացիան ՝ սևացնելուց բացի նաև ուժեղացնում է հակառակորդին: Եվ եթե նմանատիպ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալում հայկական լոբբին դեր է խաղացել, ուրեմն հայերը ուժեղ են ոչ միայն արցախյան ճակատում, այլև սփյուռքում ու միջազգային ասպարեզում: 

Պարզ է, որ ոչ մի հայկական լոբբի, առավել ևս Մեծ Բրիտանիայում չէր կարող նմանատիպ ազդեցություն ունենալ: Հայկական սփյուռքի ազդեցությունը սիմվոլիկից այն կողմ չի անցնում: Ադրբեջանի հիշատակումները Հայաստանի մասին ընդամենը ընթացիկ, հիմնական թիրախից շեղելու նպատակ ունեցող հայտարարություններ են: Առավել էական է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների մասին հիշատակումները, հատկապես, երբ Ադրբեջանում բրիտանական Բրիթիշ Պետրոլյումը մեծ տնտեսական շահեր ունի: 

Իհարկե, Եվրոպան Ադրբեջան չէ, այնտեղ պարտադիր չէ, որ մամուլում հայտնված բացահայտումը արված լինի հատուկ ծառայությունների պատվերով: Բայց, երբ Ադրբեջանը ուղիղ տեքստով մեղադրում է Մեծ Բրիտանիային, ուրեմն ներքին մակարդակում առկա է կոնֆլիկտ: Չի բացառվում, որ բրիտանական նավթային կազմակերպությունը որևէ կապ չունի սկանդալի հետ, բայց կօգտագործի առիթը Ադրբեջանին հասկացնելու, որ իրեն տարածաշրջանում կայունություն է պետք, ոչ թե հումանիստական, այլ բիզնես շահերից ելնելով:
