11-ամյա աղջկա կյանք խլած վթարի գործով «Գառնիի Սուրիկի Լավաշ»-ի թոռը և ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցը կալանավորվել են

Երևանում սեպտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի գործով կա երկու մեղադրյալ: Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խորհրդական Սոնա Տռուզյանը հայտնել է, որ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Հոնդայի» և «Համերի» վարորդներին: Նրանք կալանավորված են:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հոնդան» վարել է 27-ամյա Լևոն Հ.-ն, ով ԱԻՆ աշխատակից է, իսկ «Համերի» ղեկին եղել է հանրությանը հայտնի «Գառնիի Սուրիկի Լավաշ»-ի սեփականատիրոջ թոռը:
Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդել էր, որ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ ժամը 12:30-ին, Երևանի Աճառյան փողոցում բախվել են «Օպել», «Համեր» և «Նիսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որի հետևանքով «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղևոր, 2006թ. ծնված Լ.Մկրտչյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ վարորդը և երկու ուղևորները մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Պարզվել է, որ վթարի պատճառ է դարձել 4-րդ ավտոմեքենան՝ «Հոնդա» մակնիշի։ Վերջինիս վարորդը ներկայացել է քննությանը և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 27-ամյա վարորդը՝ ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակից, իր «Հոնդա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հետադարձ կատարելիս խոչընդոտել է «Համեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի երթևեկությանը, որի հետևանքով վերջինիս վարորդը մանևրել է և դուրս գալով հանդիպակաց գոտի՝ բախվել «Օպել» և «Նիսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներին, իսկ ինքը թողել է դեպքի վայրը և հեռացել:
