Ռուսներին հակառակվելու իմունիտետը սպառվում է

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ռուսներին հակառակվելու իմունիտետ չունեն: Ոչ միայն պետականության մասին իրենց ունեցած կիսատ պատկերացումների, Ռուսաստանում հայաստանյան էլիտայի վարած բիզնեսների պատճառով: Որովհետև նաև սպառել են հանրային վստահությունը, ձախողել են պետական կառավարման բոլոր ոլորտները: Եվ ցանկացած անգամ, երբ ռուսական կողմի հետ խնդիր է առաջանում, իշխանությունը մնում է միայնակ, առանց թիկունքի: Պատահական չէ, որ ժամանակին Պուտինի այցելության օրերին, հանրության մոտ ռուսների հանդեպ հակակրանքով հանդերձ կար որոշակի սպասում, որ գոնե ինչ-որ մեկը կսաստի Հայաստանի իշխանություններին:
Պուտինն իհարկե սաստեց, սաստեց այնպես, որ Հայաստանը խրվեց տնտեսական լճացման մեջ և չի կարողանում դուրս գալ: Բայց ոչ այն ժամանակ, ոչ հիմա Հայաստանյան իշխանությունները դիրքորոշում հայտնելու կամք չունեցան: Ռուսաստանի դեմ դիրքորոշումները հայտնվում են կամ ներքին օգտագործման արևմտամետների օգնությամբ կամ էլ այնպիսի հանրապետականների, որոնք որևէ եղանակ չեն կարող փոխել և ցանկացած խոսք խմբագրած ստանում են համապատասխան տեղից: Այդպես նաև անվտանգ է: Համ, իբր դիրքորոշում ես արտահայտում, համ էլ վտանգի տակ չես ընկնում, որտև ասողը քաղաքական կշիռ չունի, չնայած բոլորն էլ գիտեն, ով, երբ ու ում համար է ինչ ասում:
Ռուսներիի հետևից բամբասելու, բայց Մոսկվա հասնելուն պես հեզությամբ լցվելու ռազմավարությունը ոչ մի տեղ չի կարող տանել, բացի օրինակ ԵՏՄ-ից: Իրավիճակն իհարկե հեշտ չէ ու միանշանակ լուծում չունի: Բայց այս հակասական դիրքորոշումներն արդեն պառանոյայի մակարդակի են հասնում: Ուրեմն կամ դիմակայում ես ռուսական քաղաքականությանը և կոշտ արձագանքում ` հաշվի առնելով ռիսկերը, կամ էլ գլուխդ կախ կատարում ես այն գործառույթները, որոնք դրված են քո վրա և որոնք կատարում ես այսպես, թե այնպես, անկախ նրանից, երկրիդ մամուլը արևմտամետ է, թե չինամետ: Կարելի է հասկանալ, որ հնարավորի չափով փորձ է արվում լիովին չդառնալ ռուսական գործիք ու բաց պահել Արևմուտքի հետ պատուհանը: Բայց այսպես վախվորած դա անելը բերում է դառը հետևանքների, որին մենք ականատես ենք եղել տարիներ առաջ, երբ մեկ գիշերում մտանք Մաքսային միություն:
