ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 7 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից փողերի լվացման մասին հրապարակված նոր հետազոտությունը հետաքրքիր մանրամասներ է պարունակում Հունգարիայի հետ այդ երկրի հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, 2012 թվականին՝ հենց այն նույն ժամանակ, երբ Հունգարիան Ադրբեջան արտահանձնեց հայ սպա Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին դաժանաբար սպանած ադրբեջանցի Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին, ավելի քան 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար է փոխանցվել հունգարական MKB բանկում ադրբեջանցի քաղաքական գործչի որդու անունով բացված հաշվին: Հակակոռուպցիոն Átlátszó կայքում հրապարակված զեկույցում նշվում է, որ բացահայտված նոր տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ իրականում Սաֆարովին արտահանձնելով՝ Հունգարիայի կառավարությունը ոչ թե ցանկացել է ամրապնդել քաղաքական ու տնտեսական կապերն Ադրբեջանի հետ, այլ հետապնդել է այլ նպատակներ:

MKB բանկում բացված հաշիվը կապված է եղել օֆֆշորային մի ընկերության հետ, որը սերտ կապերի մեջ է եղել Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հետ: Հունգարիա գումարը փոխանցվել է Metastar Invest LLP ընկերության կողմից հունգարական բանկային այն հաշվին, որը կապված է եղել օֆֆշորային գործունեություն ծավալող Velasco International ընկերության հետ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխանցումը հունգարական MKB բանկ համընկել է Հունգարիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների սերտացման հետ: Արդեն 2014 թվականին Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը Բուդապեշտում հանդիպեց Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, կողմերը կնքեցին ռազմավարական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագիր: Հետագայում ևս երկու երկրի պաշտոնատար անձանց հանդիպումները շարունակվեցին ջերմ մթնոլորտում:

Հունգարիա կասկածելի գումարներ տեղափոխած Metastar Invest LLP-ն այն ընկերությունն է, որը ադրբեջանական կողմից ապօրինի գումարներ էր վճարել ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավոր Լուկա Վոլոնտեին, ում դեմ Իտալիայում այս պահին հետաքննություն է իրականացվում: Հետաքրքիր է, որ նույն Լուկա Վոլոնտեն ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի բարեկամն էր, այլ նաև Վիկտոր Օրբանի, ում ռեժիմի դեմ քննադատությունները ԵԽԽՎ պատգամավորը որակել էր որպես ոչ այլ ինչ, քան «վհուկների որս»:

Velasco International-ը, ում պատկանում էր հունգարական բանկում բացված հաշիվը, սերտ կապեր ունի Հունգարիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ: Բրիտանական Վիրջինյան կղզիներում գրանցված ընկերությունը պատկանում է Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ Յաքուբ Էյուբովի որդուն՝ Օրխան Էյյուբովին:

Átlátszó ընկերության ներկայացրած բացահայտումներում երևում է, որ ադրբեջանական ընկերությունների հետ գործարքներում ներգրավված են եղել նաև Օրբանի կառավարությանն առընթեր հետախուզական ծառայության գործակալը, վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի ներկայացուցիչը և այդ երկրում կարևոր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող այլ անձինք:

Մարդասպան Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին արտահանձնելու ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանից Հունգարիա կատարված գումարային փոխանցումները բացահատում են Օրբանի կառավարության կողմից նման քայլի շարժառիթները: Հունգարիայի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը, անտեսելով բոլոր նորմերը, 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց պարզապես «վաճառել» է ադրբեջանցի մարդասպանին, ով Բաքու ժամանելուց անմիջապես հետո հռչակվեց «ազգային հերոս» ու ազատ արձակվեց՝ ոչ մի րոպե պատիժ չկրելով քնած հայ սպային կացնահարելու համար:
