 Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա Կաթողիկոսը սեպտեմբերի 6-ին Ժնևում հանդիպել է Շվեյցարիայի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Վ. Պրուլհարթի հետ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո լրատվական գրասենյակից՝ հավելելով. «Երեքշաբթի, 6 Սեպտեմբեր 2017-ին, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա. Վեհափառ Հայրապետը Ժընեւի մէջ հանդիպում մը ունեցաւ Վ. Պրուլհարթին հետ։ Վերջինս Միջին Արեւելքի եւ հիւսիսային Ափրիկէի պատասխանատուն է, Զուիցերիոյ Արտաքին Գործոց փոխնախարարն է ու Միջին Արեւելքի հարցերու կարգին Սուրիոյ առնչուած հարցերու գծով կը գործակցի ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Տը Միսթուրայի հետ։ Յայտնենք նաեւ, որ Պրուլհարթ միաժամանակ զուիցերիական կառավարութեան կողմէն ընդհանրապէս Միջին Արեւելքի ու յատկապէս Սուրիոյ ընկերային ու մարդասիրական օգնութեան պատասխանատուն է ։

Աւելի քան ժամ մը տեւած հանդիպումին ներկայ էին Տը Միսթուրայի օգնական Ա. Լահհամ, Արմենօֆասի նախագահ Փրոֆ. Թենի Սիմոնեան եւ Կաթողիկոսարանի Տեղեկատուական գրասենեակի վարիչ Հոգշ. Տ. Պետրոս Վրդ. Մանուէլեան։

Նորին Սրբութիւնը ընդհանուր գիծերով ներկայացուց Միջին Արեւելքի ներկայ կացութիւնը, յատկապէս քրիստոնեայ համայնքներուն դիմագրաւած մարտահրաւէրները։ Կեդրոնանալով Սուրիոյ ներկայ իրավիճակին, Վեհափառ Հայրապետը մանրամասնօրէն անդրադարձաւ հայ համայնքին ու մանաւանդ վերականգնումի աշխատանքներուն։ Պրուլհարթ իր կարգին Միջին Արեւելքի հարցերու գծով իր վերլուծումները կատարեց՝ մեկնելով շարք մը տուեալներէ, եւ իր պատկերացումը ներկայացուց յատկապէս Սուրիոյ բանակցութիւններուն ու ապագայի հեռանկարներուն գծով։ Ան նաեւ մօտէն հետաքրքրուելով սուրիահայ համայնքին վերականգնումի աշխատանքներուն, առաջարկեց Վեհափառ Հայրապետին, որ այս ուղղութեամբ ուսումնասիրուած ծրագիրներ ներկայացուին իրեն։

Յայտնենք, որ վաղը՝ Հինգշաբթի, 7 Սեպտեմբեր 2017-ին, Նորին Սրբութիւնը հանդիպում պիտի ունենայ Միացեալ Ազգերու Կազմակերպութեան սուրիական տագնապի ներկայացուցիչ Տը Միսթուրայի հետ։ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը այս օրերուն Ժընեւ կը գտնուի հանդիպումներ ունենալու Սիսի Կաթողիկոսարանի Դատի փաստաբաններուն հետ»։
