«Մանչեսթր Յունայթեդի» գլխավոր մարզիչ Ժոզե Մոուրինյոն ամփոփել է  ակումբի ամառային տրանսֆերային գործունեությունը.

-Կարծում եմ՝ մենք բավական խելամիտ վարվեցինք: Մենք ենթադրում էինք, որ կարող է տեղի ունենալ մի բան, որը հիմնովին կփոխի շուկան: Նեյմարի տրանսֆերը փոխեց ամեն ինչ դեպի վատը՝ գնային առումով: Կարծում եմ՝ Լուկակուն օգոստոսի 31-ին կարժենար 150 մլն ֆունտ, մատիչը՝ 60-70 մլն: Լավ է, որ մենք  ձեռք բերեցինք նրանց տրանսֆերային պատուհանի սկզբնամասում, այլապես ստիպված կլինեինք վճարել 200 մլն-ից ավելի գումար:

Եթե նախկինի պես տրանսֆերային ռեկորդը մնար Պոգբայի ձեռքբերումը, ապա Կոուտինյոն կտեղափոխվեր «Բարսելոնա» 101 մլն ֆունտ ստերլինգի դիմաց,-նշել է «Յուրահատուկը» :

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Մյուն» Լուկակուին «Էվերտոնից» գնել էր 75, Մատիչին «Չելսիից»՝ 40 մլն ֆունտ ստերլինգի դիմաց:
