Կոլումբիայի կառավարությունը հորդորել է ապստամբ խմբավորմանը վերադարձնել Արսեն Ոսկանյանի դին

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 6 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Կոլումբիայի կառավարությունը հորդորել է երկրում գործող «Ազգային ազատագրման բանակ» ապստամբ խմբավորմանը հնարավորինս շուտ իրենց հանձնել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի գերեվարված քաղաքացի Արսեն Ոսկանյանի դին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը:
42-ամյա Ոսկանյանը ապստամբների կողմից գերեվարվել էր 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերին՝ հյուսիս-արևմտյան Չոկո շրջանում: Խմբավորումը վստահեցրել էր, թե նա հավաքել է թունավոր գորտերի՝ նպատակ ունենալով դրանք դուրս բերել Կոլումբիայի տարածքից:
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում խմբավորման բանակցողներին հեշտացնել ՌԴ քաղաքացու վերադարձն ընտանիքին, բանակցողները կապի մեջ են Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության հետ: Նրանք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել հնարավորինս շուտ հանձնել ՌԴ քաղաքացու դին: Հուսով եմ, կարճ ժամանակում դա կյանքի կկոչեն»,- ասել է Կոլումբիայի կառավարության անունից բանակցություններ իրականացնող խմբի ղեկավար Խուան Կամիլո Ռեստրեպոն:
«Ազգային ազատագրման բանակ»-ի կողմից բանակցություններ վարող խմբի ղեկավարն Պաբլո Բելտրանն էլ հայտնել է, որ Ոսկանյանը թաղված է: Նա հաստատել է, որ խմբավորումը կապի մեջ է Էկվադորում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության հետ:
Կոլումբիայի «Ազգային ազատագրման բանակ» ապստամբ խմբավորման կողմից 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի գերեվարված Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի Արսեն Ոսկանյանը վեց ամիս առաջ՝ 2017 թվականի ապրիլին սպանվել է: Խմբավորման առաջնորդը հայտնել էր, որ Ոսկանյանը սպանվել է փախուստի փորձ ձեռնարկելու ժամանակ: ՀՀ քաղաքացին այդ ժամանակ վերցրել է նռնակը և պայթեցրել այն՝ վիրավորելով խմբավորման հինգ անդամի: Այդ ժամանակ «Ազգային ազատագրման բանակ»-ի անդամները կրակել են նրա վրա ու սպանել նրան:
«Ազգային ազատագրման բանակ»-ը ներկայում խաղաղության հաստատման նպատակով բանակցություններ է վարում երկրի կառավարության հետ՝ նպատակ ունենալով դադարեցնել ավելի քան 53 տարի շարունակվող պատերազմը: Էկվադորում հանդիպում ունեցած երկու կողմերը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին հայտնել են, որ համաձայնության են եկել երկկողմ կրակի դադարեցման հարցի շուրջ՝ սկսած հոկտեմբերից: Հրադադարը պետք է շարունակվի մինչև հաջորդ տարի, այն բացառում է նաև առևանգումների իրականացումը:
Կոլումբիայում շարունակվող հակամարտությունն այս տարիների ընթացքում խլել է 220 հազար մարդու կյանք, միլիոնավոր մարդիկ տեղահանվել են:
