ՀՀ գյուղնախարարությունը փոխըմբռման հուշագիր է ստորագրել Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսական դաշինքի հետ

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսական դաշինքի անդամներին` նախարարության կողմից մշակված նոր ծրագրերն ու համագործակցության ուղիները քննարկելու նպատակով:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման սկզբում կողմերը քննարկել են «Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման 2017-2025 թթ. ռազմավարության», վերամշակող ընկերություններին, գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների մասնակի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրերը, դրանց իրականացման ընթացքում հնարավոր ռիսկերն ու անկնալվող արդյունքները:

Առանձին անդրադարձ է կատարվել գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ապահովագրական համակարգի ներդրման պիլոտային ծրագրին, խորհդատվական համակարգերի բարելավմանն ու մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովմանը:

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է պետական հատվածի և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների սերտ համագործակցության կարևորությունը, ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի մշակման փուլում հանրային ակտիվ քննարկումների և ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ մարզերում իրազեկվածության բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը կառուցողական համագործակցության համար` Դաշինքի համանախագահ Մարգարիտա Հակոբյանը կարևորել է գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման  ռազմավարության մշակման աշխատանքներում դաշինքի ներգրավումը, որը հնարավորություն է տվել, որպեսզի քաղաքացիական հասարակության, տեղական իշխանությունների առաջարկները նույնպես արտացոլվեն այդ փաստաթղթում:  

Հանդիպման ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Դաշինքի կողմից ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերի մշտադիտարկման, ազդեցության գնահատման, գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ռազմավարության լրամշակման վերաբերյալ:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են նաև ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կուսումնասիրի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի օրենսդրական դաշտը և առաջարկություններ կներկայացնի ոլորտի բարելավման ուղղությամբ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսական դաշինքի միջև ստորագրվել է Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ: Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը և Դաշինքի համանախագահներ Մարգարիտա Հակոբյանը, Վարդան Ուռուտյանը և Մերի Նիկողոսյանը:

Հուշագրի նպատակն է օժանդակել կողմերի միջև գործակցության ամրապնդմանը` նպաստելով Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության և պարենային անվտանգության կայուն զարգացմանը:
