«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր Հայաստանում գործազրկության մակարդակը, ըստ առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալների` կազմում է 19%: Այս թվի համար աղբյուր են համարվում 2008–2013 թթ. տնային տնտեսությունների կենսամակարդակի ամբողջացված հետազոտությունները, իսկ 2014 թ.–ից սկսած՝ աշխատուժի վերաբերյալ հետազոտությունները: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության Ժամանակագրական շարքեր բաժնից:

Վերջինս տվյալներ է պարունակում սկսած 2001 թ.–ից, երբ Հայաստանում գործազրկության մակարդակը գերազանցում էր 38%–ի նիշը: Կարելի է ասել, որ անցած 16 տարիների ընթացքում գործազրկության մակարդակը կրկնակի նվազել է, ինչն իհարկե գոհացնող փաստ է, սակայն ոչ միանշանակ:

Գործազրկության մակարդակի ամենացածր ցուցանիշ Հայաստանն ունեցել է 2013 թ., երբ գրանցվել էր 16,2%: Եվ այս ցուցանիշն աստիճանաբար տարիների ընթացքում սկսեց ավելանալ՝ այս տարի արդեն դառնալով 19:

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ մենք վերևում ասացինք, որ գործազրկության մակարդակի՝ տարիների ընթացքում կրկնակի նվազելը ոչ միանշանակ է գոհացնող: Բանն այն է, որ համադրելով ու համեմատելով այդ ցուցանիշը մեզ հարևան երեք երկրներում՝ Վրաստանում, Թուրքիայում և Ադրբեջանում արձանագրված գործազրկության մակարդակի ցուցանիշների հետ, ոչինչ չի մնում, քան խորը հոգոց քաշելը:

Իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն է պատկերը այս երկրներում: Ըստ համացանցի հրապարակումների, որտեղ տվյալներ են պարունակվում մեզ հետաքրքրող երկրներում առկա գործազրկության մակարդակի վերաբերյալ՝ տարածաշրջանում ամենաբարեկեցիկ երկրի տիտղոսը կարելի է հանձնել որքան էլ, որ դա հաճելի չհնչի՝ Ադրբեջանին:

Այսպես, ըստ համացանցի հրապարակումների՝ Ադրբեջանում գործազրկության մակարդակը արդեն երկու տարի է պահպանվում է 5%–ի սահմաններում: Քիչ թե շատ լավ վիճակ է տիրում նաև Թուրքիայում, որտեղ այս տարի իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է 10,2% գործազրկություն: Բացի այս, Թուրքիայում այս տարի գործազուրկների թիվը կազմել է 3 միլիոն 225 հազար:

Վրաստանն այս երկրների շարքում թեև զիջում է դիրքերը, բայց ամեն դեպքում կրկին Հայաստանից մի քանի քայլ առաջ է գտնվում: Ըստ eadaily.com կայքի` հրապարակման՝ Վրաստանում գործազրկության մակարդակը կազմել է 11,8%, ինչը երկրի պատմության մեջ արձանագրված գործազրկության ամենացածր մակարդակն է:

Ամեն դեպքում գործազրկության բարձր մակարդակը չի կարող խոսել երկրի պակաս զարգացվածության մասին, քանի որ շատ երկրներ ունենալով գործազրկության բարձր ցուցանիշներ՝ բնավ հետ չեն մնում զարգացվածության տեսանկյունից: Հենց թեկուզ Իսպանիան, որտեղ գործազրկության մակարդակը նույնիսկ գերազանցում է 19%–ը, սրա վառ ապացույցն է: Չնայած սա Հայաստանի համար սփոփիչ հանգամանք չէ, բայց ինչպես ասում են, հույս կա:
