Մեկնարկել է հանրապետական գործադիր մարմիններում հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրի իրականացման պատասխանատուների դասընթացը

Հանրապետական գործադիր մարմիններում հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրի իրականացման պատասխանատուների 2017 թվականի վերապատրաստման դասընթացը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին մեկնարկել է: Այն իրականացվում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ի հրամանով, որով էլ հաստատվել են վերապատրաստման դասընթացների ծրագրերը, ժամանակացույցը և մասնակիցների թիվը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը կարևորել է գործադիր մարմիններում հակակոռուպցիոն դասընթացի իրականացումը և հավելել, որ գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչները պետք է հետևողական լինեն ծրագրի իրականացմանը:
«Մենք դասընթացի ժամանակ կկենտրոնանանք պրակտիկ հարցերի վրա. մասնակիցներին կներկայացվեն կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հետ կապված տեղեկատվություն, այդ թվում նաև՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում արդյունավետ օգտագործվող էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ծրագրերը»,-նշել է Սուրեն Քրմոյանը: Փոխնախարարը հորդորել է բոլոր գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներին բաց և թափանցիկ ինֆորմացիայի միջոցով հանրությանը ներկայացնել այն միջոցները, որով կարելի է պայքարել կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի դեմ:
ՀՀ ԱՆ «Իրավական կրթության և վերականգնողական ծրագրերի իրականացման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Աշոտ Հայրապետյանը կարևորել է քաղաքացիական ծառայողի անկաշառ կերպարը և նշել, որ նա պետք է զերծ լինի կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներից:
Հանրապետական գործադիր մարմիններում հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրի իրականացման պատասխանատուների վերապատրաստման դասընթացի առաջին փուլին մասնակցում են ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության, Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի, Կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի, ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարության և այլ պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Նշենք, որ հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրի իրականացման դասընթացները կտևեն մինչև սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ը:
