Ավարտվել է կանադացի խորհրդարանականների փաստահավաք առաքելությունն Արցախում

«Մեկ ազատ աշխարհ» միջազգային կազմակերպությունն ավարտել է իր քառօրյա փաստահավաք առաքելությունն Արցախում: Կազմակերպության նպատակն էր հավաքել և ուսումնասիրել 2016 թ. ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների մասին տեղեկատվությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Օգոստոսի 30-ից սեպտեմբերի 2-ը Կանադայի Համայնքների պալատի պատգամավորներ Թոնի Քլեմենտը և Ռաչեր Հարդերը «Մեկ ազատ աշխարհ» միջազգային կազմակերպության նախագահ և հիմնադիր Մաջեդ էլ Շաֆիի գլխավորությամբ ալցելել են Արցախ:
Կանադացի խորհրդարանականներին Արցախում ուղեկցել են ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանը և ԱՄՆ-ում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ռոբերտ Ավետիսյանը:
Փաստահավաք առաքելության անդամներին Արցախում ընդունել են Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, Պաշտպանության նախարար Լևոն Մնացականյանը և ԱԳ նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը:
Հանդիպումների ընթացքում արծարծվել են Կանադա-Արցախ կապերին, տարածաշրջանային գործընթացներին, Արցախի ներքին եւ արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող տարբեր հարցեր:
Կանադայի խորհրդարանի անդամներ Թոնի Քլեմենթն ու Ռեյչել Հարդերը, ովքեր առաջին անգամ էին տարածաշրջանում, կարևորել են Արցախի պատմությանն ու ներկա քաղաքական իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու ու ստացած տեղեկություններն իրենց գործընկերների հետ կիսելու հնարավորությունը:
Արցախի Հանրապետություն կատարած այցի շրջանակում հյուրերը եղել է առաջնագծում, այցելել Թալիշ գյուղ և տեղում ծանոթացել2016 թվականի ապրիլին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կատարած վայրագություններին առնչվող փաստերին, որոնք արձանագրված են Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի կատարած փաստահավաք առաքելության ջանքերով:
Պատվիրակությանն առաջնագիծ և Թալիշ գյուղ ուղեկցել է ԱՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:
Արցախի Հանրապետությունում տեղի է ունեցել նաև Կանադայի Համայնքների պալատի պատգամավորների և Մաջեդ էլ Շաֆիի մամուլի ասուլիսը, որի ընթացքում «Մեկ ազատ աշխարհ» միջազգային կազմակերպության նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ գրավոր դիմելու է Կանադայի իշխանություններին և շարունակելու է իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել մարդու իրավունքների նման կոպիտ խախտումները՝ մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու նպատակով:
