«ՀԺ». Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանին «Իսկանդեր» կվաճառի՞

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. ««Իհարկե, լրիվ բացառել, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է «Իսկանդեր»-ներ վաճառել, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանին, չենք կարող, որովհետեւ դա, ի վերջո, Ռուսաստանի որոշելու հարցն է: Միշտ չէ, որ Ռուսաստանը որոշումներ կայացնելիս մեր շահերն է հաշվի առնում»,- այս մասին «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ռազմինֆո» մասնագիտացված կայքի համակարգող Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ֆեդերալ ծառայության տնօրեն Դմիտրի Շուգաեւի հայտարարությանը, թե ՌԴ-ն մի քանի երկրից «Իսկանդեր» համալիրի ձեռքբերման հայտեր է ստացել:
Նշենք, որ Շուգաեւի հայտարարությունն ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները մեկնաբանել էին, որ հնարավոր է ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանին էլ մատակարարի «Իսկանդեր» համալիր: Ի դեպ, ռուսական արտադրության «Իսկանդեր» համալիր, բացի արտադրող երկրից, ունի միայն Հայաստանը: «Կոնկրետ այդ թեման, որ «haqqin.az»-ում հայտնվել է, ըստ էության, ցույց է տալիս, որ կայքը զբաղված է թրոլինգով: Իրենք չունեն որեւէ լուրջ հիմք՝ եզրակացություն անելու, որ Ադրբեջանին պատրաստվում են «Իսկանդեր» վաճառել: Այդպես իրենք փորձում են սա ներկայացնել այնպես, թե կարծեք ինչ-որ բան եփվում է «Իսկանդեր»-ների հետ կապված:
Ըստ էության, դա քարոզչական հնարք է՝ ուղղված հենց հայկական լսարանին, որպեսզի հայկական լսարանում հերթական անգամ ինչ-որ դժգոհություն սերմանվի ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններում, հանրության մեջ ռուսամետների եւ արեւմտամետների միջեւ փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների հերթական ռաունդը լինի»,- ասաց Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը՝ նշելով, որ նշված ադրբեջանական կայքը հիմնականում հայկական լսարանին ուղղված քարոզչական ռեսուրս է»:
