ՊԲ հարավարեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի կրակային դիրքում 2016թ. մայիսի 29-ին  հանկարծամահ եղած 19-ամյա Սուրեն Մոսիյանի գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան։ NEWS.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկանում է, որ Արտաշատի տարածքային զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի կազմի հանձնաժողովի սրտաբան Սեդա Թադեւոսյանը լրացուցիչ հետազոտման ենթակա զինակոչիկին չի ուղեգրել քաղաքացիական բուժհիմնարկ, բանակում զինծառայողի առողջական խնդիրները բարդացել են, ինչի հետեւանքով նա մահացել է:

Հանկարծամահ եղած զինծառայողի գործը կքննվի Արարատի եւ Վայոց Ձորի մարզ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ դատավոր Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանի նախագահությամբ:

Սեդա Թադեւոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, ընդգրկված լինելով Արտաշատի տարածքային զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի կազմում՝ որպես սրտաբան փորձագետ-բժիշկ, քաղաքացիներին պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչելու ժամանակ իրավասու է եղել անհատական գնահատման կարգով որոշել նրանց առողջական վիճակը, պիտանելիության մասին տալ եզրակացություն, իսկ դժվարությունների դեպքում զորակոչիկին ուղարկել հետազոտման քաղաքացիական բուժհիմնարկ:

Նրա կողմից տրված ախտորոշումները նպաստել եւ ուղղորդել են զինկոմիսարիատի զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի անդամների կողմից որոշումների կայացմանը։ 2015թ. ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում Սուրեն Մոսիյանի մոտ «Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոն»-ի պոլիկլինիկայում պարտադիր հետազոտության ժամանակ ԷՍԳ քննությամբ 2015թ. հայտնաբերված «սինուսային առիթմիա, հաճախասրտություն 110 զարկ րոպեում, աջ նախասրտի գերաճի նշաններ» ախտորոշման պայմաններում, որը վկայել է սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի ախտաբանական շեղումների մասին եւ հաշվի առնելով ժամանակին չախտորոշվելու եւ չբուժվելու պարագայում սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի հիվանդություններին բնորոշ բացասական զարգացումները, պարտավոր լինելով Սուրեն Մոսիյանին ուղարկելու հետազոտման քաղաքացիական բուժհիմնարկ, վերջինին չի ուղեգրել ու չի ուղարկել սրտաբանական կլինիկա՝ ստացիոնար, ավելի ծավալուն հետազոտությունների կատարման համար:

Սեդա Թադեւոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 315-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ պաշտոնեական անփութությունը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետեւանքներ: Պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը հինգ տարի ժամկետով:

Սեդա Թադեւոսյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սուրեն Մոսիյանը Բաքվից գաղթած փախստականի ընտանիքից էր։ Սուրենն իր մոր, եղբոր ու քրոջ հետ բնակվում է Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքում՝ սոցիալապես ծանր պայմաններում։ Նա ընտանիքի ավագ երեխան էր։
