ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը շարունակելու է տեխնիկական վերազինումը մինչև 2020թ-ը

ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը 2018 թվականին նախատեսում է Ճապոնիայից ստանալ 39 հրշեջ մեքենա, ինչի արդյունքում կթարմացվի Սյունիքի, Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզերի հրշեջ-փրկարարական տեխնիկան։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փոխնախարար Դավիթ Կարապետյանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց, որ տեխնիկական վերազինման առումով շատ կարևոր են հայ-ռուսական հումանիտար կենտրոնի ծրագրերը։
2017 թվականին նախատեսվում է այդ կենտրոնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ստանալ 16 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ տեխնիկական աջակցություն։
Այս ամենը նախարարի տեղակալն իրենց գերատեսչության համար որպես կարևոր ձեռքբերում որակեց։
«ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ի համակարգը տեխնիկապես բավականաչափ վերազինվել է։ Այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվել են մի շարք արդյունավետ ծրագրեր՝ Ճապոնիայից որպես նվիրատվություն ստացվել է 28 հրշեջ մեքենա, 2016-ին՝ 6 մեքենա, որոնք նախատեսված են շարժական կառավարման և հոգեբանական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից արդեն իսկ ստացվել է մոտորանավակների և փրկարարական գործիքների առաջին խմբաքանակը։ Մյուս մասը կստացվի մինչև տարվա վերջ»,- տեղեկացրեց Դավիթ Կարապետյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ 2018-2020 թվականներն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում շարունակելու են տեխնիկայի համալրումը, որի արդյունքում պատրաստվում են ունենալ հայ-ռուսական հումանիտար արձագանքման կենտրոնում սակրավորական ռոբոտներ, առաջին օգնության փրկարարական մեքենաներ, ամենագնացներ, անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր և այլն։
Գերատեսչության գործունեության ընթացում արդյունավետ միջազգային ծրագրեր են իրականացվել նաև ԱՄՆ-ի, Շվեյցարիայի, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵՄ-ի և միջազգային այլ կառույցների հետ։
