Panarmenian.net կայքը հանդես է եկել հրապարակմամբ, որտեղ ներկայացնում է Վրաստանում ու Հայաստանում ներդրումների տարբերությունն, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանից երկու երկրների ներգրաված ներդրումների տարբերությունը: Ըստ կայքի ՝ Վրաստանը 3 ամսում Ռուսաստանից ներգրավել է $4.8 մլն-ի ներդրում, իսկ Հայաստանը ՝017-ի հունվար-հունիսին Ռուսաստանի դաշնությունից ՀՀ-ում ուղղակի ներդրումների ծավալը բացասական թիվ է կազմել՝ -12.3 մլրդ դրամ (ավելի քան $25 մլն):

Սա այն դեպքում, երբ վրաց-ռուսական հարաբերությունները լավ վիճակում չեն, իսկ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հորջորջվում են որպես եղբայրական: Ավելին, նախորդ տարի այս ժամանակ վարչապետ նշանակված Կարեն Կարապետյանը խոստանում էր լայնածավալ ներդրումներ Ռուսաստանից: Բայց այդ ներդրումները ոչ միայն չկան, այլև Ռուսաստանում կապեր ունեցող վարչապետի կառավարման շրջանում ներդրումները մինուս ցուցանիշով են ու զիջում են վրացական ցուցանիշներին:

Առանձնապես ջերմացում վրաց-ռուսական հարաբերություններում չի եղել: Կարծես թե, չեն սրվել նաև հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները; Ավելին, գազպրոմական Կարապետյանի վարչապետ նշանակվելուց հետո այդ հարաբերությունները պիտի որ բարելավվեին կամ գոնե մնային այն մակարդակի, որում կային: 

Ստացվում է Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմելը, շուկան դիվերսիֆիկացնելն ու պարբերաբար ատամ ցույց տալը հյուսիսային կայսրությանը առավել ձեռնտու է, քան դարավոր եղբայրություն անելը: Իրականում, սակայն, ռուսներին կարելի է հասկանալ: Վրացական միջավայրը ներդրումների համար ավելի արդյունավետ է, քա հայկականը: Հայաստանում ռուսական ներդրումները սահմանափակվում են համատեղ պաթոսով լեցուն միջոցառումներով, ռուսամետ վարչպետ նշանակելով, ներքաղաքական կյանքին միջամտելով և այլն: Մեծ հաշվով, իր վարքով Հայաստանը ցույց է տվել, որ ավելիին արժանի չէ:
