ԱՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի լրատվությնա վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,            

Արցախի իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Սեպտեմբերի 2-ի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ:

26 տարի առաջ մեր ժողովուրդն ընդունեց պատմական որոշում սեփական ճակատագիրն ինքնուրույն տնօրինելու, ազատ, անկախ, ժողովրդավարական, իրավական ու սոցիալական պետություն կառուցելու մասին:

Այս տարիների ընթացքում Մայր Հայաստանի եւ Սփյուռքի մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հետ միասին մեզ հաջողվել է կյանքի կոչել բազմաթիվ ռազմավարական ծրագրեր, որոնք օր օրի մոտեցնում են մեզ համազգային նպատակների իրականացմանը, մեր երկիրը դարձնում ավելի ուժեղ եւ ամուր:

Վստահ եմ՝ քաղաքակիրթ ու առաջադեմ աշխարհը վաղ թե ուշ կճանաչի Արցախի ժողովրդի այս արդարացի եւ օրինական որոշումը, անպայման կընդունի ստեղծված իրողությունները, որոնք վկայում են համամարդկային արժեքներին եւ միջազգային նորմերին ու սկզբունքներին մեր հավատարմության մասին:

Վստահ եմ, որովհետեւ մեր ժողովուրդն արդեն երկար տարիներ իր քրտնաջան աշխատանքով ու քաջ զավակների անձնվեր ծառայությամբ ապացուցել է, որ ի վիճակի է սեփական ուժերով կառուցել, շենացնել ու պաշտպանել իր հայրենի օջախը, իր անկախ պետականությունը:

Թանկագի՛ն հայրենակիցներ,

Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ հիշարժան տոնի առթիվ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն, քաջառողջություն ու ամենայն բարիք, բարեկեցություն ու բարգավաճում՝ մեր ժողովրդին ու հայրենիքին:
