ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի անկախության տոնի առթիվ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահի ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, 

Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության տոնի առթիվ:

Քսանվեց տարի առաջ՝ այս օրը, արցախահայությունը հռչակեց իր անկախ պետականությունը: 

Պատերազմի կրակների և ավերակների միջից նա կարողացավ բարձրանալ և աշխարհին ներկայանալ իր հերոսական բանակով, պետական հաստատություններով, տնտեսական լուրջ առաջընթացով, կրթական ու մշակութային օրինակելի օջախներով և վերջապես՝ իր կազմակերպված հասարակությամբ: Հասարակություն, որ հավատարիմ է իր ազգային ավանդույթներին, բայց նաև ժամանակակից է և ընդունակ տեղայնացնելու այն լավագույնը, որ մարդկությունը ստեղծել է գիտության ու մշակույթի, տնտեսության ու քաղաքականության և այլ ասպարեզներում: 

Անցած քսանվեց տարիների ընթացքում Արցախը կայացավ որպես ամուր, ազատ ու ժողովրդավարական պետություն:
Խաղաղ Արցախը ոչ միայն մարտունակ է, այլև կենսունակ և մրցունակ: Արցախի պաշտպանները գիտեն կռվել և հանուն ինչի կռվել: Արցախի զինված ուժերը պաշտպանում են ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև Հայաստանի և մեծ հաշվով՝ ողջ հայության անվտանգությունը: 

Անցած տարվա ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունները, որ սանձազերծված էին Ադրբեջանի կողմից, ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց դրեցին Արցախի հարցի ռազմական լուծման անհնարինությունը: Այդ արկածախնդրությունն ի սկզբանե դատապարտված էր ձախողման, քանի որ Պաշտպանության բանակն ամուր է, իսկ Արցախի թիկունքին Հայաստանն է և ողջ հայությունը:

Այս փառավոր օրը մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում Արցախի ազատության համար ընկածների հիշատակի առջև:
