Երևանում տղամարդը խաբեությամբ տիրացել է քաղաքացիների սմարթֆոններին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու քաղաքացիներից խաբեությամբ բջջային հեռախոսներ հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը:
Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը։
2017թ. մայիսի 27-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 13:15- ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքում գործող համակարգչային տեխնիկայի խանութներից մեկում ոմն Կարեն, հետագայում վճարելու պատրվակով, վերցրել է քաղաքացու «Սամսունգ» ապրանքանիշի բջջային հեռախոսը, սակայն գումարը չի վճարել և տիրացել հեռախոսին՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:
Նույն մեխանիզմով հեռախոսի հափշտակության մասին ահազանգ է ստացվել նաև 2017թ. մայիսի 28-ին. քաղաքացին ահազանգել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 12.20-ի սահմաններում, Երևանում գործող հագուստի խանութներից մեկում ոմն Կարեն, գնելու պատրվակով, վերցրել է իր «Այֆոն» ապրանքանիշի բջջային հեռախոսը, սակայն գումարը չի տվել և խաբեությամբ յուրացրել է այն։
Դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որոնք նախաքննություն իրականացնելու համար ստացվել են ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ որոշում է կայացվել՝ դրանք մեկ վարույթում միացնելու և նախաքննություն իրականացնելու մասին:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են հագուստի խանութում գործող անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ լուսանկարներում պատկերված միջին տարիքի, բարձրահասակ, ակնոցներով տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
ՔԿ-ից խնդրում են նշված անձին ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրան, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
