Տեսեք՝ իշխանությունը ծռերին չի դատում ահաբեկչության հոդվածով, որովհետև ահաբեկչությունը միշտ ունի քաղաքական մեկնաբանություն. այն ենթադրում է վերանձնային, հասարակական, քաղաքական կամ քաղաքակրթական մոտիվացիա: Բայց քարոզչական հարթակում թեժ կռիվ է տալիս ապստամբ ձևակերպման դեմ՝  հակադրելով ահաբեկիչ ձևակերպումը:

Երկու դեպքում էլ նպատակը մեկն է ՝ ծռերի արածը ներկայացնել որպես հասարակ հանցագործություն, այն զրկել քաղաքական բովանդակությունից. թալանել են բանկոմատը, սպանել են շան ձագին և այլն:

Փաստերը կարևոր չեն, խոսքը մեկնաբանությունների ու կազմակերպված քարոզչական գծի մասին է:

Երեկ Երևանում դիպուկահարը չի վարանել և վնասազերծել է պատանդ պահողին. վերջինս հետո մահացել է: Ոստիկանության գործողության հանդեպ գնահատականը մեծամասամբ դրական է՝ դատելով նաև դիպուկահարին քավոր կանգնած բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների ներկայության տեսարաններից:

Հիմա հարց. եթե ըստ իշխանության ծռերը հանցագործներ են, ապա ինչո՞ւ վերջիններիս հետ երկարատև ու փակուղի մտած բանակցություններից հետո նրանց դեմ չի աշխատել դիպուկահար, մանավանդ, որ պատանդներ եղել են գործողության սկզբում ու ընթացքում:

Հետագայում ինչո՞ւ է այնպես ստացվել, որ դիպուկահարներն աշխատել են բացառապես զինված խմբի անդամների ոտքերի ուղղությամբ ու որևէ մեկին չեն սպանել, չնայած ոստիկանությունից արդեն մեկ զոհ կար այդ պահին, երկրորդն ընթացքում եղավ: 
Խնդիրը հանրային տրամադրություններից վա՞խն էր, թե՞ այն կուլիսային գործընթացը, որը թաքցնում էին հասարակությունից և որտեղ պայմանավորվում, թե՛ իշխանությունները, թե՛ ծռերը:
